According to the last paragraph of this article:

https://blog.nem.io/how-do-i-get-importance-on-the-nem-blockchain/

It is possible but not profitable to fool the system? Seems it could be beneficial to somebody to wreak havoc on the network doesn't it? Does anyone know where to learn more about how somebody might influence the network?

XEM price is too high for banks to buy and use

Banks want cheap tokens not overvalued coins

Under 500 sats is what banks want.

So you had a discussion with Mr Banks? Well I'll sell him few XEM for 500 sats if that will save us 😊
And please can we have just a little more of those horribly photoshopped moon pics and illogical hype thanks.

bump 2  -  Dodging questions has never been a NEM team attribute.  How about you take a swing at it, BloodyRookie?

Is there an official NEM Market Maker bot active?  If yes, can someone please point me to any relevant posts/documentation?  If no, stop reading & post No!   Grin

Just brainstorming in regard to the best way of having the development funds absorbed by the Market when/if need for significant funding arises (is anything big coming up, btw?).  I don't really want to delve too deep if part of the current liquidity is provided by NEM itself.  Further crowdfunds at market rates (i.e. off the exchanges) are always an option, of course, but I'm curious to see what's feasible out in the wild.

Thanks in advance!   Smiley

Edit:  If Yes, what average daily trading volume are we looking at?

I'm afraid this question keeps getting buried in all the moon talk that is going on at the moment.

Maybe it is best to reach out through other channels to get their attention.

Ive always wondered...

why havn't people used blockchain technology to track say, video game credits (Say, an andriod RTS game) via blockchain technology? Essentially giving players/gamers a more hack-proof method of gaming, but also an opportunity to participate in a growing crypto market by holding a digital game currency that could have value?

It started to float around in my head when i noticed a few members of my family get into some rts andriod games and boast about their in-game treasuries...

Why couldn't NEM be used as a ledger system for such game currencies? And be interchangeable within the game via some in-game exchange? (So, gamers could sell their tokens for nem or vice versa).

Just seems like a huge opportunity there to not only demostrate the potential of nem/blockchain, but also spread awareness and create demand....

There's alot of already established andriod games that might show interest if approached correctly...

Because all those games creators want have FULL control over their own currency increase / delete.
Management is almost for free with millions of clients while using NEM you would pay a lot of fees.
Noone want give for free money to random coin on internet they want make themselves rich so they use always OWN currency.
Sony have stactioncash, World of tanks have Gold.... this is thier full profits and VERY cheap way to manage currency in game in real time via one central server.

I thought that the price returned to 2000, so i sold at 2105. Is there a possibility that the price drop around 2000?
