I'm not looking to create a new account and I really don't care who or what Vod is as this is irrelevant for my trust feedback. However I would like to speak to him so he can motivate his reason why he has given me a negative trust without any clear reasons. I havent got a reply from him since.. I'll contact a moderator on the forum if I don't hear anything from him in the upcoming days.

I really think the current trust system is not working correctly as you can accuse everyone for things that they are not (scammers) or have done. I hope a moderator can oversee this and help me out here.

Can't really blame Vod, BTCJam have a poor arbitration system, they don't really make the lender return the loan. Vod wanted warn everyone just in case you scam as this is rather high risk.

I really can understand that and I totally agree that there is an risk with lending through btcjam. I invested myself some btc trough btcjam and lost them because a user didn't pay it back. However most of the funds invested in btcjam have been paid back on time

I think a trust system is really helpfull for a forum like this, however it should not be that i now have to deal with getting a "unmotivated and unfair" negative trust and have to do everything to remove it from my account. I will never, and really never scam people, it is just wrong and i would never like to lose my personal and business reputation over a scam (much much more to lose than you'll ever gain)!

I also used to think that Vod always pokes his nose in all threads but after reading this one, I surely think he is doing the right thing and there is surely a need for a forum global scam buster.

As everyone said, Trust system is un-moderated and it's basically the buyer/seller responsibility to check the feedbacks and see if they are reasonable or not. If you sell something in the future just send them this topic's link (to show your arguments about the feedback).
