Hedging against myself here a bit.
Fully functionining Cointerra Terraminer located in Beaverton, Oregon.  Hashes steady at 1.62TH/s.  2nd owner but it is in immaculate condition.  Loud as all hell but it's in my spare room with an AC unit though it isn't really ncessary.  3.25BTC shipped, 3.15BTC local pickup.  I can meetup within reason but i work full-time and the price isn't high enoug hto justify a long trip...

If no interest, that's fine, just thought id send out the feelers.

THANKS!!

EDIT: TO eBay!

I'll purchase it.  Guess in the end I can get one that came from killinitsoftly after all.  Crazy that he shipped you the one he sold you and just walked away after I purchased mine a couple weeks later.  Hate scammers.  Sending pm now.  Will purchase using ognasty as escrow.
Thanks

Not backing out.  Have the btc ready to complete deal and hope to get finalized in the next couple hours.  Excited about finally getting a Terraminer.  After getting scammed making the purchase of 1 about 1.5 months ago I've been wanting to purchase one since.

Sorry to hear about your previous bad luck. My terraminer had a bad core and still cruised happily at 1.2T.. Like others have said, it's data center loud so be prepared! I live alone and usually go to my GFs house so it wasnt a big deal.  Enjoy!  Grin

Well tbh I wasn't really planning on selling it.  I've seen it decrease in value by half from when i bought just one month ago.  I just think i'm playing a losing game right now.  My hydro bills are offsetting my nonexistant gains.  Generally speaking , ithink I just got in over my head.

I think so. Had things all setup to use escrow & purchase. In end he said someone was picking it up in person & paying .25 more than me. I agreed to match their price & cover shipping.  However no response about me purchasing. Did get a refusal to give me any information that would let me follow up on scammer we both purchased one from.  He got his & I lost 4.7 btc.

SeniorMember told me he'd buy it for 3.5 and pick-up.  Since he posted in the thread and PM'd me and I accepted, he has been AFK.
I have been swamped with work so I havne't put enough effort into actually capitalizing on a sale so this one is still up for grabs all.

edit- if you're interested, PM - don't reply in here that you're interested.  thank you!

Sure I can give you good explanations.
That user seemed very serious about purchasing the unit.
We arranged escrow and it was initiated.  He refused to fund it when he noted that the arbitrator at Bitrated has been AFK for some time (I didn't check this information).  So he refused.
I then clarified with this user stating that Bitrated is a 2 of 3, so theoretically speaking, he would have received the miner and if anything should have gone wrong, the coins would be retained, not sent to me.  He would need to OK it and so would I, and if the arbitrator is AFK, then it's my problem, not his.  No risk on his end.

He refused this.
Then he wanted personal information from my wife who was the recipient on the unit because killingitsoftly scammed him, and I am not about to involve family members in legal matters such as these.  I spent an entire lunch at work trying to gather relevant information for him, but they would not provide me with anything since I was not (in their eyes) even a part of the transaction (wife is at home during the day, so she was the recipient).

Anyway.  That's how that went down.
Between this process, SeniorMember, who has just confirmed that he offered 3.5 to p/u has retracted his offer (this occurred today, I might add).

Long winded, but that's how things have shook down.  And I'll also add that I have been working 12 hour shifts and as stated, this is not #1 on my priority list.

Anyway, if anyone wants this, keep your eyes peeled on eBay, I'll throw it up there tonight.

Cheers all!

Thank you for that detailed reply, clears everything up and I apologise for any harm I have caused, just looked to me like you tried to up the value so buyers would offer more. Thanks again.
