Hey guys! I am an absolute beginner to bitcoin mining. Although it has been advised against it I am currently mining using my laptop's gpu maybe because I don't pay for my electricity.
Here are my laptop specifications.
Intel core i5 ivy bridge. 2 real cores and 2 virtual cores
Switchable graphics card with Intel hd 4000 and amd radeon 7670m
I am running windows 8.1
I read that to use my amd card I need catalyst 13.8 and open cl drivers. Well, I am running catalyst 14.4 with support for opencl and I confirmed with gpu-z which indicates that opencl is installed and my card can use it.
However, I have a constant hash rate of 54Mhashes/s but with no accepted shares yet. Guiminer console indicates verification failed, check hardware.
I am lost! Please someone help me out here!

You cannot meaningfully mine bitcoin with GPUs any more.

You should watch this:

Developer/maintainer for cgminer, ckpool/ckproxy, and the -ck kernel
2% Fee Solo mining at solo.ckpool.org
