Newbie Tip: Add a Profile Pic to look like a real account

I noticed a lot of newbies don't have profile pics.  I think adding one makes it seem like you are a real person and are actually interested in using your account for more than 5 minutes.  Give it a try.

No custom avatar allowed... I'll stick to no avatar added a Sig and location though
