Ty said he is compliant with AZ DHS already. They tested last week.

On the comments I agree with people saying read the entire thread. Starting at 1. I read for 2 weeks before saying a word. It's all there. One thing is for sure Ty is bustin balls on this effort and my hat is off to him.

This is only coin I have bought ever. But my understanding is crypto currency is a wet dream for accountants. So much validation that takes place and is recorded.

I am going to HWC Monday to get three grams that's for sure.

And hats off to them as well for starting.

Would anyone out there be interested in getting a bounty fund together to have a twitter tipbot made?  Lots of other coins have them and how bad ass would it be to send snoop a pound of CANNdy over twitter!!

There gotta be some other CANN OGs that are in this for the long run. Let's think about offering up a few of those coins we got for 13sat and help keep growing the community

4) The fact that DeltaNine had access to the Herbal Wellness Center's Cultivation Facility prior to it being inspected by AZDHS, combined with the fact that "Herbal Wellness Center" is the ONLY dispensary in the United States to accept Cannabis Coin, strongly suggests that DeltaNine is either a part owner of "Herbal Wellness Center" or at least has an existing business relationship with it's registered owner, Long Nguyen.

I like how you've gone from "strongly suggests" D9 is a part owner of HWC, or has an existing business relationship with the owner (no kidding, Sherlock?) to stating definitively that he's the own of HWC.

In just a day you've made that shift.

Yep.  You're a man with an agenda.

Do you work for a competing dispensary and you're trying to hurt HWC?

Thanks for your comment!

Here's why I made my shift in opinion;

1) In the video entitled "Phoenix Facility", DeltaNine makes numerous comments on the Arizona Department of Health Services inspection. One can reasonable suspect that he could only have access to that information if he were at least management for the Herbal Wellness Center. This information, and the location in general, is not made available to the public and not generally something a "bud-tender" would know. Presumably if you or I were walking around that fine establishment filming, we would likely get PUNCHED IN THE FACE.

2) In the same video, "Phoenix Facility", DeltaNine speaks to who we can assume to be their grower, and tells him that everything "looks good, excellent." Again, I assume that if you or I came in and told this grower how he did at setting up his grow operation, that he would probably PUNCH ONE OF US IN THE FACE.

3) There are numerous pictures that have been posted of DeltaNine posing in Herbal Wellness Center attire with other employees of the company. Not something that in itself is conclusive, but clearly indicates a business relationship is present. Arizona law would not permit him to be present in the Cultivation/Infusion facility unless he is in possession of a valid Arizona Medical Marijuana Dispensary Agent card. Point being; He clearly works for SOME dispensary if not this one. And if it IS this Herbal Wellness Center dispensary that D9 owns, then it is HE who has the agenda, not I.

4) The Arizona Corporation Commission lists LONG NGUYEN as the President of the Herbal Wellness Center. I don't know if DeltaNine is Long Nguyen, because I don't know DeltaNine's real name.

I'm not sure if the connection between the Herbal Wellness Center and DeltaNine is even deniable anymore. I think popular opinion amongst everyone here is that nobody cares, and we all just hope and pray that other dispensaries get on board so that this takes off.

Because like I've maintained this ENTIRE TIME, if the majority of dispensaries do decide to accept Cannabis Coin, this will be AWESOME! I hope that message isn't being lost after you read some of the less positive things I've said.

Thanks and lots of love!

He ist just fudding. Dont u think its strange he comes up with that shit today?

And take a look at flapmans posts in this forum. He is fuding so much coins. I noticed that on LTCD too.

Ignore this 2 guys and dont quote their posts. Its not worth it.

FRIENDS,

PLEASE PLEASE understand that the developers of Cannabis Coin just recently released a huge marketing campaign in Arizona, advertising both their Cannabis Coin and the October 20th event at the Herbal Wellness Center to do a presentation of their Cannabis Coin to patients.

EVERYONE with a pulse in the Arizona Medical Marijuana industry received this campaign advertisement via twitter and/or by way of a Press Release that was RELEASED BY CANNABIS COIN. Me coming here, and others like myself, is presumably what the creators of this fine coin wanted. I am a patient who buys weed, remember?

Just because the advertising campaign WORKED and attracted new people like myself who don't know jack-squat about crypto-currency, doesn't mean that everyone is a FUDDER. The developer of this product just launched into a major market. If you expected nobody to show up as a result then your even crazier than I am...

Quit complaining because new people don't say something that you don't want to hear. Because lets be real, I never attacked YOU personally. So if you feel that I've said something that's just not true, then let's have an intelligent conversation about it instead of your standard "OMG FUDDER FUDDER FUDDER I HATE YOU DIE BYE"

Peace and lots of love to you all!

It's been denied by HWC directly.

At this point you are spreading misinformation known to be false.

You should stop.

Yep, that was me on LCTD, FUDing my heart out.  Personal thing that was ... they insulted a lady friend of mine.  Their bloody price just doesn't recover, does it? Brought it on themselves.

Not FUDDing here m8.  You don't want us in here locked and loaded.  Bitcointalk is set so that a well done FUD can kill a coin dead in one or two posts. Easy as pie.

Quite the contrary, Cannabiscoin looks to be the real thing but there's a few bits that need to add up.

1.) Is the coin just to work in one dispensary and is that a major chain?  Dev claims it to be the McDonalds of Pot, others say different.

2.) I just can't see how the market will hold the coin at the $1.00 + value with so few who will use it.  Despite the enthusiasm here most of you lot aren't even in Arizona and it would cost you more to get there and buy at even under a dollar than it would to buy at home (airfare, hotels, meals, gas, all that is an expense).  Of the 35% of the 50,000 card holders in Arizona, how many even know what crypto is and if they do will they be buying. Even if Herbal Wellness has stores in other states all the ones with legal pot have rules that limit to the sale of it.

If you were to say you had venture capital, deals with other dispensaries, vast fields of pot then so much the better.  Can one even do business deals with dispensaries? Those are supposed to be non-profit, aren't they?

These are real questions.  To the people with the spaceships, moons, happy talk and all the rest the market doesn't doesn't give a crap about all that.  If the idea is good and there's a long term profit whales are in for it, if not they dump.

And how does Arizona law work with this, as medical pot sales are non-profit but there will be great loads of people making quite a profit from it (albeit indirectly) next week? Medical pot is still very illegal per Federal Law in the US; Obama couldn't care and thinks pot should be legal but if there's a big stir and the news is full of kids in Lambos he'd have to do something.

Awesome comments!

Arizona law requires dispensaries to operate on a Not-for-Profit basis. A dispensary may still pay it's employees or it's principal board members (owners) a salary, rather any profit leftover after paying all salaries and business expenses must be donated to a 501(c)(3)non-profit at the end of the year. But it is the DISPENSARY that must operate on a Not-for-Profit basis, there is NO requirement that individual patients operate on a not-for-profit basis when selling marijuana to other patients.

You also make a valid, yet perhaps irrelevant point, that when Obama leaves office and the new President is chosen, the new guy might be SUPER against marijuana and may adjust the United States' policies on marijuana reform all-together. I don't think that this subject has any place in this conversation though, because we can cross that bridge IF we come to it.

Guide to Getting CannabisCoin to $1+

I love big ideas, it's one of the reasons I'm drawn to CannabisCoin. With that being said, if we want to shoot 'to the moon', each one of us individually need to start taking immediate action to develop and execute the plan. If you want a high value coin, help me provide high value.

1. If you find yourself saying "It would be great if we could.." be the catalyst. Make the contact and then post to the forum "I thought it would be great to do X, I did Y. Can I get some help doing Z".

2. Review the Cannabis[Suspicious link removed]gle Doc each day and CONTRIBUTE to it as you find new resources
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eUhhvaOa0_Wk9CBE-vGBIfkwYBkzYxOuTDt6WySxTPI/edit#

3. Create a twitter account if you don't have one already.  If you say "I don't do twitter", I ask you to rethink that strategy from a marketing standpoint. I'm not asking you to tweet about your favorite celeb like a 12 year old tween, I'm asking you to please join us in marketing efforts.

4. Create a Facebook account. If you 'don't do Facebook', please see #3

5. Create a Reddit account

6. Start tweeting. If you don't know where to start, look at the list provided in #2.  You can do searches, find twitter accounts that would be sympathetic to our cause. If you find some good ones, add them to the Google doc.

7. Retweet great posts from @CannabisCoins

8. Do the same for Facebook and Reddit.

9. There was a great interview done on CoinTelegraph, share it with EVERYONE! It's also a great way to make introductions to traditional media outlets like Wired, Business Insider
http://cointelegraph.com/news/112748/cannabiscoin-officially-redeemable-for-1-gram-starting-october-20-interview-with-founder

9.5 While you're at it, go ahead and write a solid post supporting the article and respectfully reply to FUD:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/112748/cannabiscoin-officially-redeemable-for-1-gram-starting-october-20-interview-with-founder

10. In the Google Doc (#2), there's a listing of great local media. If you're not sure what to say, point them to the article and let them know a big event is happening on Oct 20th (quick summary)

11. Hit up Google for keywords like 'Cannabis' 'Marijuana' 'News Outs' etc..   email THOSE people, use the interview as an introduction

12. If you make a post about people you've contacted, make sure to add it to the Google Doc. If you noticed someone else posted a useful list of contacts, make sure YOU add it to the Google Doc.

13. Private message others in this thread that you feel are on the same page. Create your own mini campaigns.  "Hey x, I noticed you did y, maybe we could work together on x"

14. The celeb tweets for money was a great idea, anyone looking to lead that initiative?

15. Every time you are about to hit refresh on Bittrex or CoinMarketCap, consider using that time to do 1-14.

16. Help coordinate a grassroots project on how we're going to report:

- 24 hours before the event
- During the event
- After the event

Boots on the ground? Who is bring the cameras? How often are updates coming back to the community? etc

Don't wait for Snoop, don't wait for Nelson... that's a hail mary...make the contacts, do the work. If we want it bad enough, we'll let as many people know as possible. I personally don't trust we'll just end up on the moon, I believe in this community to do our part.  It's fun to talk about it, let's be about doing it.

Anyone doing the steps above? Thanks to everyone that's right in the middle of it with me.

Hum -  pretty powerful this Twitter  Cool       Using it to spread the word on "Yes we CANN" project

Targeting all tweets from Arizona area  Grin      Letting the Arizona folks know they are the lucky ones who get to try it out

Just read your post, so thought I'd do a bit of investigating.

So I just called the Herbal Wellness Center and spoke to a nice chap named Long, he is the Operations Manager and confirmed that D9 has no corporate affiliation with their company whatsoever - The Herbal Wellness Center are just supporting and giving back to the community by acting as a platform to test out the CANN business model.

D9 does not own this dispensary he is just a licensed cultivator/supplier.

Secondly, I think it unfair that anyone is to be labelled "FUDSTER" or alike : )   Your questions/concerns are warranted, because like most of us, we had the same questions a week-month ago too.

I think this project has enormous potential and if it were mine, i would have gone about it the same way D9 and team are doing. i.e:

-Reaching out the reputable Dispensaries

-Testing out implementation / POS system / Promotion via a generous exchange ratio (In time, I feel this can be amended, by community consensus)

RockHound,

Thanks for standing with me and my right to ask questions!

I suspected that DeltaNine was not the actual Owner, rather an employee of the Herbal Wellness Center. Your comments confirm that suspicion.

In Arizona, a person can only become a licensed cultivator for a dispensary or supply marijuana to a dispensary if they apply for and receive a Medical Marijuana Dispensary Agent card from the Arizona Department of Health Services.

In order to obtain a Dispensary Agent card, you must be designated as an active employee of a Licensed Medical Marijuana Dispensary when you apply with AZDHS.

Meaning, DeltaNine might not be the owner of Herbal Wellness Center, but he IS being employed by them or in the alternative, some other Arizona Medical Marijuana dispensary. Though, all signs seem to indicate that it is indeed HWC that he works for..

In other words; It is simply IMPOSSIBLE to become a licensed cultivator for a dispensary in Arizona unless a dispensary employs you and allows you to possess the license.

Thanks for reading, even if you disagree with me. I respect your opinion.

Why did  you say you suspected he was the owner, then?

My overall points are really super simple and quite factual;

DeltaNine, who created the Cannabis Coin, clearly owns the Herbal Wellness Center.

You didn't even leave room for doubt.

It's crystal clear you're a local competitor on a slimy, slimy smear campaign.

Shame on you.  Shame.
