Close afterburner and open it again. That will let you drop your memory to 300. I found 300 to give best Mhash/s results!

Also your temps are high for that fan speed! Those temps are fine for the card but it seems at that fan speed they should be lower.

Yeah I find that pretty weird myself that this all is very high...i tried to restart afterburner and drop it to 300, but did not work unfortunately. I'll be at 500 i guess ^^

I really like to keep mine under 70C but over is still safe. Just for long term stability I like under 70. But with that high of a fan speed that must be loud! I sleep in the same room as my rig so I need mine quiet.

Over-volting and temperatures are what kill your card the fastest.  Keep your temps low, keep your fans as low as temperatures permit, don't touch your voltage, and don't overclock it unless you know what you're doing.  But, learn the healthy overclock ranges so you can get a boost in m/hash if you want.  Overclocking raises the temperature, though.

Oh, you CAN under-volt as long as it runs stable, but under-volt too low and you won't get as many m/hash.  This will also lower temps.

I believe he should set the flags for dedicated mining. It brought up my Mh/s very significantly.
