Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

It can be used in order to parcipate in signature campaigns and earn way more bitcoins, not just to set up a scam.

I don't think they can call the bitcoin police on you for that.

I don't think they can call the bitcoin police on you for that. Hmmmm, very nice comment..... However since you clearly don't quite understand what I was saying....I will rephrase it for you:) Won't the account in question get banned, I am sure it is very easy to track which account the user is trying to sell, making the account completely useless...

Don't be fooled by this, allowing bids by PM means OP need not sell the account if bids on the thread do not meet his expected price, anyone can register a newbie account and place a higher bid. This is pointless.

I hope the OP realizes that this sort of thing can lead to people being victimized by a scammer

This is what I said a few days ago, and this is exactly what happened. Don't be fooled by this, allowing bids by PM means OP need not sell the account if bids on the thread do not meet his expected price, anyone can register a newbie account and place a higher bid. This is pointless.
Do not expect any replies from OP. Give him bad rep if you want, it is equally pointless.
