There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

If you've got a great idea try do it yourself. If you tell someone else they'll probably just use it themselves, but your idea probably isnt as good as you think it is, and if it is, see my first point.

If all you have is an idea, of which you do not give much details, don't expect investors to come a knocking.
In most of the case, having just the idea means jack squat.
