Just want to know about the viability of a project I have thought about.

Please comment with your opinion, as well as answering the poll.

Thanks

To be honest I'm planning on getting a pretty sizable ad sense campaign underway for bitcoins and in particular my company when I get out of alpha, we may be achieving similar goals.

What was your plan for the marketing medium?

I was looking at youtube channels as well as possibly a local poster drive. Eventually TV based ads might be in the cards, depending on cost.

I was also thinking about ads on google, linking to weusecoins.com.

Do you think that that would work?

I think it's important that Bitcoin is pitched as an alternative payment system in any campaign of that sort. If it looks like you are trying to convince people to just buy, buy, buy, then you're just going to get the "it's a ponzi" mouth breathers in an uproar again.

My plan was to send anyone that is interested to weusecoins.com

they have a good explanation.

my plan is to get people to use bitcoins to gamble on my site with, and as an alternative to USD online.

Both of those plans sound reasonable.

Good luck in your efforts.
