Please copy the CSCoin.conf from zip to your C:\Users\<USRENAME>\AppData\Roaming\CSCoin folder, and restart wallet

I did, but did not help. Another suggestion? Wrote that the wallet is offline, lest this be the problem and what to do? Thanks in advance!
