Still think we are best to disassociate completely from CSCoin as a name for this coin.
That is the name of our Dev. And, coincidentally, of casino coin.
That is enough.

Everytime we retweet our twatters about CSCoin, we continue to confuse the matter.

We should make a decision, as a community, and stick with it.


I vote in favor of changing away from the long form being "CSCoin". To just about anything else. The CSO abbreviation is fine as is.

As far as the picture goes, you still need permission from whoever created it to use the image.
The "TM" is not an issue, as long as you do NOT remove it.
That would piss off the owners.

I will leave it to Dev to decide whether you can use "CounterStrike" in promotional images on this site, or in the wallet if we ever change that theme up..... my guess, is probably no go to using it anywhere
But the Dev is right to error on the side of caution.
We can create our own fan made CS art that very obviously depicts CounterStrike, without breaking copyrights, and write "CSO coin" on it ourselves.

Again, PLENTY of fan art all over the internet. 15 years worth. All you need is an author to say Yes.

There is no "unlock" button and it says "Staking ... Expected time to earn reward is 12 minutes". I am waiting for about an hour already and nothing happens ... any ideas what is going on?

I am still leaning towards just using the abbreviation, only using the SAME abbreviation instead of using CSC.

Which isn't bad.
But maybe still adds confusion rather than solves it?

I guess it does have that appearance well enough..... that you skim past it real fast and think "hey, did that just say CounterStrike?"
And by the time you take a second look, the images we use will confirm it.

CryptoStrike sounds good to me, doesn't need to change the current ticker symbol. Maybe dev should create a voting poll and list the top 5 names that will come up as alternative.
