What did you have in mind?  2% or 3% or 1.776%? We need to have some kind of consensus on that or its just like the Central Banks.  I'm not opposed to the idea.

We where looking at 2-3% change with the next ano implementation. We are looking at sometime in August or early Sept.

They are bullshitting you if they said that. So have many others. We also tested on Bittrex and Poloniex. The xlb multipool is on new wallet and buys coins from those exchanges and then pays the miners. Worked several times no problem.  I have sent and received coins from Mintpal using the community wallet. The source code is a copy with some mods to it. It not forked and actually uses the same exact network of wallets. So the old wallet and new wallet still see the same transactions. When the ano feature and pos change go then folks will have to commit to the new or old one as that will be a hard fork.

I like the idea and would suport it, however the reality is more complicated.

Changing the name means, you are launching a new coin...with all the coins minted. No exchange will add your renamed coin just like that. Especialy when the original coin is still there.

Creating a new coin from 0 is the best option. I would be interested in that as well, if it's possible to make a serious team.

Templar77, you can't expect the community to trust you now surely!! That would take an extremely concerted effort of dilligence, communication and complete openness/honesty. I think that would be akin to asking a Lion to become a vegetarian.

If you do have a plan, and intend on getting the coin on track that would be great ( a bloody miracle based on your past behavior), but you can't steal from someone, then expect them to trust you.

I know.  Its the most drastic thing I could think of.  Is there a precedent for this sort of situation?  Has it been done before successfully? 

I just want to move forward, add value, increase confidence, add features, build infrastructure and demand.

My thoughts would be for 5mil coin in pow x-11 scrypt with increasing block payouts so all can get blocks even if later. pos at 5% would start halfway through pow. 10 million coins max in pos at 5%. This would launch with Android wallet, Mac, Windows, Facebook Tipping app, Both Libertycoins twitter and it's own Libertycash twitter and FB pages, Rich list, Explorer. Depends on when we launch it it would have Zerocash/coin as well. If any development actually came out of Templar77's coin he would work for us as it would be an easy port if we wanted (pretty much same code)it. Thats my general thought on a new launch. This would all be open to ideas and suggestions from everyone.

We instruct everyone to switch their current xlbs to temps wallet to dump. we give this a week or two before our launch. This is the prolbem, i have million lines like this.. there is an issue with ' your' wallet now templar released a new wallet.
Can you please investigate:

my server (16 cores, 16 GB) almost died under the load of all those orphan blocks in the chain now..

I dont understand this? are you saying we will be able to use our existing coins? or can we swap out existing coins for your new coin?

My advice is for anyone and everyone to switch to this new wallet of Templar77 - aka Libertycoin so the coins can still be traded or used etc. We will be considering to Launch a new coin that has no connection to Templar77.  Do this before you move your coins from exchanges or to them.

No name change (that's up to Templar77)  and we no longer have anything to do with Libertycoin developments. Any assets we created with our own BTC will not be part of XLB. 

Templar77 has decided he wants to "keep his baby" and released a new wallet up date the caused orphans and forks on the exchanges and peoples wallets. Templar77 said "your are sheep and do my work". Wrong. We worked on this for over a month and spent BTC to save and run the coin. Templar77 was even offered a buyout. Refused. Myself and others decided that rather than help templar77 destroy it we would relent and switch to his wallet. Myself and a few others also decided to start our own coin. This would be a wholly new coin with nothing to do with XLB what so ever. It wont conflict with it. Libertycoin is still alive and in templar77's control. You can buy and sell your coins as long as you use his wallet. They value crash because of templar77's fork causing update. It's well documented when he did it and the ensuing chaos. The fate of XLB rest solely in his hands now.
