This is just sad.  Though I haven't invested anything in KnC I feel bad for their customers.  More and more of these asic manufacturers seem to be walking all over their customer bases.  Hope this trend doesn't continue much longer but I fear it will.

Just tried to get a refund for a couple of 2nd batch Neptunes, looks like KNC is continuing to screw their customers:

On their product page it stated:

"All refunds will be refunded in dollars and you can refund up to shipment".


Today their response to my refund request was:



Unfortunately, refunds are no longer given on any Neptune orders I am afraid. Your Neptune order is due to be created and shipped very soon.

No changes can be made at this late stage.

I am as pissed at KNC as the next guy, but they are shipping so why would you wait until they are shipping (when they said once they ship no more refunds) to ask for a refund?

Some of us that have asked for a refund on April 8th are still waiting.  Latest greatest is now we have to wait for them to finish shipping, because they are too busy!

Well I've actually been getting payouts from plan b and they're newly minted coins but still doesn't help the fact that they're jacking customers around...

You realize you lose your second neptune/titan by accepting plan B,  right?
