That's because your balance should be negative based on all bets and transactions. We will write you today, but we recommend you to share how did you manage to do it.

No,no don't fuck it! This is a great concept, they may be better than betfair because they go bitcoin.Give them a chance. They need more traffic and more sport events, there is no affiliate program so we should share the url with friends, i added link to my website.I understand when i lose other bettor wins not the site. That's why they may not have money for promotion like big guys where your loses go to their pocket
We actually will invest in attracting more players and add more sports, but we still are in beta and our priority is the security of the site. Please, be patient, we've faced multiple attempts of abuse and want to be sure we are protected, before making a big marketing push. Btw, some of the abuse attempts come from people, that are complaining in this thread.

I don't care about the loss. I care about WHY I lost. I lost because Inmade the wrong bet not knowing who is home and away. Make it easier to tell, please!

We will add interactive tutorial soon, but currently there is information in the bet slip, that states: Back (bet for) and Lay (bet against) the outcome you've chosen. The easiest way to recognize what's happening is to watch out for the colors - red means you are betting against the outcome and green means you are betting that it will happen.

That still wasn't helpful and I saw all that on the site. Still not helpful. If there are two teams playing in a foreign country then who is the home team and who is the away team? Green and red and home and away do not tell me which team I am betting on. I wanted to bet on Germany and I thought I did. Surprise, surprise! I didn't. Get it?

It's not that difficult m8. I'm not sure how you could think otherwise.

Well, pretty much what ctaltdefeat said - the team on the left is home team and the one on the right is the away team. And I guess 1 X 2 are pretty standard terms in sports betting.

I actually agree that it is a little confusing about who is being bet on.  Why can't you just make it really simple?  For instance put a 1, and 2, next to the team themselves so you know who you're betting on.  You don't need this lingering issue, I've seen this issue on other sportsbooks as well.

It's almost same in every exchange site, and not even confusing just new players who never bet on exchange need to see more clearly before bet.

Now I'm getting pissed off! Forget it. Home is the first team and away is the second team, right?  Wrong! Whatever.  Fuck this. I won't be back. I tried it and didn't like it. Good luck with this. Jesus fucking Christ...

This is not a sportsbook. This is a betting exchange. Betfair for the bitcoin community.

If you don't understand what a betting exchange is and aren't willing to put the time to learn that's fine.
If you want to give advice on how to make the interface better, while refusing to even learn what the concept is - that's trolling.

Imagine you did not know what bitcoin is, then went on forums and said "bitcoin thats way too complicated, will never catch on, Im not willing to learn how to use it or what it is!  You should make it better by hosting it on one single server in Panama and make it exactly the same value as the dollar to avoid crazy fluctuation!"

We will soon add the option to have a "bookie view" and hide all "lay" boxes, so the site will have the look of a traditional bookie for people who prefer it that way.

Today i tested lay option on Zrinjski - Maribor game.I lay bets on all 3 options 1x2. One of them (1) was matched and i won.Other two options (x2) were not matched. In my understanding when game starts, unmatched offers should be returned to account balance but they disappeared.
It looks like unmatched offers goes to your wallet. That's serious bug.Correct me if i'm wrong.

This is the first time we are hearing about such thing, but will investigate it today and will return any funds, if there is such an issue.
@LPCBTC - as I told you, we wrote to you via our support system, your balance should be 0, according to our betting history, yet you somehow requested 3 withdrawals. Check your inbox and answer us, please.

Hi,
the idea of a betting exchange in bitcoin is great. keep developping your website.

however, it seems there is a big limitation for the moment.  My unmatched bets dont appear in the market. for instance if i back   1 bitcoin the at 1.1 and i am match for 0.01, the remaining 0.99 unmatched  should appear in th lay at 1.1.  they simply never appear, even when i put a back in between the actual back and lay.

sorry for the poor explanation but i'm sure you understand my point.

is it due a bad design in you website or something else?

if you could solve this it will make the website more dynamic

Thanks
