I made another lay option test.All my bets were unmatched.After game started i cashed them out.It looks like everything is OK now.Did you find out what happened with my other unmatched bets (from yesterday)?

ok but i'm not sure it is the good way because to know if the order has been filled, it will be easier to see it on screen instead of going to unmatched bes

As stated before, there are withdrawals that are from players, who's balance should be 0. All other withdrawals have been paid, pls, write us through our support system.
All withdrawals that are legit, which means there are no suspicious stuff such as difference in balance etc (potential exploit attempts) will be paid within 24 hours max, most cases it will be for a much shorter time. Excuse for that waiting period, but we are still in beta and the risks are currently too high, since there are a number of attempts to hack the site, exploit bugs and stuff like that already. We are handling them well, but we don't want to rush things.

While I appreciate the security measures, for a withdrawal of only about $20, it seems absurd that a 10 day waiting period is necessary. I have no abused the exchange in anyway, and have left a support ticket. My account is markjamrobin@hotmail.com.

It will be based on bets, but we will also have a referral system soon. The referral system will be probably based on lifetime commission share, but we haven't decided yet.

We will at some point soon. As for the partial fills - as we said a few times, give us another 10-15 days to finish the beta period and we will invest in attracting more players in order to have better liquidity. For now we want to make sure there are no major bugs and security issues.

There is a cashout button on the betslip but i think it would better to have edit button on betslip so we could modify odds and stakes fast and easy.Cashouts can be done from open bets tab
