Hey, I have most of my S1's running off Corsair CX750M's.. 2 per PSU and they run golden. I got a good deal on a few Rosewill Capstone 750M's (seen here http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182264&cm_re=capstone_rosewill-_-17-182-264-_-Product)

Problem is i tried to fire up 2 S1's with it and i get the lights to flicker but then everything goes dark. Fan doesn't fire up on the Rosewill. I should have tried to just run one solo with it before i left but didnt. Am i missing something in the product details that wouldnt allow me to run two off of it or is the PSU just a dud?

rosewill capstones are a step under corsair in most people's opinion. It takes a good psu to run at nearly full rated power. If you hook it up to just 1 s1 and it starts you have pretty much answered your own question Smiley

A rule of thumb I use (very conservative imo) is 75-80% of the rated capacity of psu is all I use. Remember most psu aren't as efficient at low power draw or max power draw. Sweet spot is 75-85% from my research.

The crowbar over current circuit within the PSU is being tripped, known by non-techs as a brown out. Either run just a single antminer or obtain a more efficent power supply of the same rating or get a larger power supply.

I recomend a bigger supply. Trust me , I am an Electrical Engineer.
