BecausePool and pool.mn are on different chains.
Pool.mn is synced with the nodes from the OP.

he's probably switching chains and redownloading chain....
Exactly, I've deleted the blockchain and resynced again with the nodes from the OP, still on the same chain as before.

Thats the main reason why fork happen in the first place.

They frequently have Problems with launches and nodes..  That is pretty typical...

I've deleted everything from the folder except wallet.dat. Ok, doing it again...
