i think you should pay the 50% of the funding.. if we go on a big exchange, with your premine you can repay the funding even if CCB will be selled for 1 satoshi.. the top of voting list on C-CEX is 0.3 BTC.. you pay 0.3, miners raise 0.3 together.. with 0.6BTC we can be sure i think
