That was my high bid. wanted to bid 16 BTC before, sent 16 BTC to skype to datz just on time who can confirm. Would have posted my high 20 BTC bid few seconds near 12:59:59 if didn't get the error message.

I totally agree you are the winner. rules are the rules just not a very good auctioning platform for the seller if a new bidder can only post a bid every 360 seconds and gets repeated warnings needing two confirmations.

Check the date of my account. I didn't need to buy another account. I used an empty account I had long ago to keep my buying peercover anonymous because I didn't want to be associated with peercover and wanted to launch it with a new skin and different business plan. Was caught by the newbie thing and you where smarter than me.
