S1 mines 'standalone', you don't need the RPi (assuming that you have access to some sort of PC/laptop) to setup the S1.  The 0.12BTC per S1 seems rather optimistic Smiley

Antminers easily sell on eBay for $150 to high rep members that prob wont chargeback etc. $90 seems low, especially since they will still mine about 0.46BTC over their lifetime, 0.16 in just the next month and 0.10 the month after.

How am i going to charge back with BTC? Please just leave, i even offered escrow...

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

WTF? I never said you would or could chargeback? I'm saying that a person could sell their antminer to a reputable person on eBay in fiat without any problems, instead of selling it to you for 0.15 bitcoins which the miner will make within a month.

It's interesting how you derived your conclusion though. It's so obvious that bitcoin transactions are not reversible that I'm surprised you didn't further ponder on what the meaning could be.

If you're not comfortable with criticisms I suggest making a new most that is self-moderated. If you want more interest I'd suggest bumping up the price you're willing to pay per Antminer....that's all I'm trying to say.

I'm done here now that, that's all cleared up, unless of course you make another false conclusion or random statement that sparks my interest.

Good luck with your sell though, people will definitely be selling the S1's cheap soon Cheesy

He is right, when the S3 hit the market you might be able to get one at that price in a couple months, but right now I don't see it myself..
