Your links look accurate, we have never used that site though. Not sure what the issue could be.

The issue was that I didn't realize I had to put my username in front of the worker name and a dot =)

While I do know that Moolah had much hype in the crypto space right now.  I have used their service and IMO must is to be desired.  The most  important of their problem is customer service,  it does not exist. I am still waiting on a reply from them, about 3 months now, on the value of their different service packages offered.  I had intended to upgrade, yet no response.  I have made several attempts in this regards.  IMO, moolah is a waste of your precious time.
