first was coin confirmed than got to unconfirmed!
and why i only get 27 coins with 30mh since hours?
Maybe that was because they hadn't updated their coinbase maturity settings on the pool software first - so this was adjusted later. There is nothing scammy about that.
As for your shares.. do you have proof of this?
You cannot just go publically claiming a "scam" without suitable evidence.

Ammount of coints received matches predicted/calculated ammount only over long-term.
For example, you can mine orphaned block - in this case all your shares will be discarded on some pools.
And this is not a scam - you just did useless work for wich neither pool nor you received coins.
And if you solo mine it gets even worse..
To prove that you were scammed you need to present log with shares submitted and work wich was given to you by the pool.
However, since normally ppl don't log that its almost impossible to prove that pool is scamming..
