check at their site: "For ccminer (NVIDIA) you must use "--diff-multiplier 256" - otherwise you wont get accepted shares ! "

The difficulty is too large to mine with Minerd (cpu)
I suggested this just to see if you could connect to the pool with another program. I did not expect you to make a career of it. Although, minerd does well for me on DOGE on multipool. 4 CPU connections on one laptop gives me about 300 coins a day.

Anyone can confirm the 15-20% less energy consumption yet?
For a 6 750 Ti rig, for nicehash and uro coin which are both x11, I get a watt meter reading of 395 watts. For freshcoin, I'm getting around 370 watts (reading fluctuates between 353 to 384 watts) Do you mean 370W is for the whole rig with 6 cards in it? I wonder that as well. I just saw over on cryptomining-blog.com that a DDR3 750 Ti eats only 22 watts for about 3000 Khs. Here are numbers for a real eater. Wanted to share what I have to power consumption 3x Radeon 7950 cost about same as 750 Ti but you'll need 9 Nvidia GeForce 750 Ti to do what 3 AMD Radeon 7950 can mine. Correct 9 Nvidia 264 watts vs 3 AMD 435 watts. Cost rig low ball cost: Nvidia $1100 vs AMD $400, both mining about 9000 Khs for Freshcoin. scrypt 3x 7950 = 1350 watts (includes 100 watts for box fan) 1900 Kh/s X11mod 3x 7950 = 725 watts (includes 75 watts for box fan) 7000 Kh/s Freshcoin 3x 7950 = 580 watts (includes 50 watts for box fan) 9600 Kh/s http://tabletuser.blogspot.com/2014/07/freshcoin-on-radeon-7950-crypto-mining.html

Most likely you won't be able to mine this because gtx465 is a Compute 2.0 video card, and afaik they aren't supported with the latest versions of ccminer, at least not the one that is used to mine Fresh algo.

Any other cue here ? -f 256 actually, I have updated ccminer (in github) so that it uses as default difficulty scaled by 256 for fresh, so that there is no need to use -f 256

It's less with some newer algos, but still nowhere close to the values measured by that blog's author(s). Second, while 7950 in general is a more powerful card, it's ~ the same performance as 750 Ti when mining FreshCoin: 1x 750 Ti hashes at 3.3 MH/sec, and 7950 is smth like this too. So not sure what you mean by "you'll need 9x 750 ti to do what 3x 7950 can mine". 750 Ti has clear advantage over 7950 for FreshCoin mining (considering its price/availability and power consumption) and their hashrates are ~ 1:1.

Could someone recommend a pool? Read some bad posts about Hashharder a few page ago. If a pool works without registration, can I use 1 Freshcoin wallet address for e.g. 4 workers? Thank you for every hint Really? What posts.. I'd like to see them myself so I can respond to any issues.

He probably meant that weird 10+ GH/sec user with only 10 cards whose shares were confirmed by you as "valid". Someone else later in this topic said something like "hashharder didn't fix their stratum yet", probably referring to that strange case..

I'd ike to ask you something as I am a very casual miner, 1 coin in 6-8 weeks... basically "only" an early BC supporter, buyer and holder.
Given the wide range of "rig rental rates", what initial price at the exchanges do the experts expect? I do not plan to dump or sell early, but i saw some posts where people questioned that it would even cover the costs? I am mining a little bit (4 x 25 MH/s rigs) at an average cost of ~ 0,0009 BTC MH/s and don't even know if that is a fair price now *g*

Someone else later in this topic said something like "hashharder didn't fix their stratum yet", probably referring to that strange case.. May no be fake share (whatever it is), sometimes the hashrate is just wrong... While bitblock was cpu only, I was running with my gpu cards (nope it wasn't a botnet, it was me ) and was getting around 30%~50% share, my hasrate was around 4MHash/s however hashharder was displaying things like 15MHash/s (and sometimes more, sometimes less...) So your 10Gh could also be a lot less...
