stop the ipo but my understanding is ...dev said 30 BTC for 75% total(150 million) coins and avg coins is  1BTC  5million right? if you only get 10BTC,,,how to distribute the shares>

You can write about TeddyCoin on your blog,your twitter or do something for TeddyCoin,or in this thread is very active,I'll think about distribution of free coin to you.

If the free distributionn cannot reach 500 stakeholders, what will you do?

It may happen if you had opened it for the first time.But after quitting wallet & restarting the PC will do the trick.

But they do put their addresses in their signature as I saw it in the previous pages. 
I think you should update it.

There is an incredible amount of duplicate accounts in this thread. For example, on page 7 the first three posts are from the same guy. Same number of posts, same signatures, registered on the same day. He was even too lazy to make different enough names (laiwendersky, laiterstesky). Also on page 6, 4 posts in a row from the same guy. And yet you add them all to your distribution list without even checking. Please, check the posts that follow each other back to back, how similar their posts and their signatures are and maybe revise your distribution list. Otherwise your distribution is unfair because you are giving away a lot of coins to the same few scammers.
