Sweden
Webhallen.com (Large in Scandinavia, like Newegg in what they sell)

You could improve your list by including a link to those companies' commerce pages where the bitcoin is used. Further, the companies who joined the list as the 'largest' at the time bitcoin acceptance began deserve special recognition. Give them a star or something.

Also, it might be interesting to list them by billions of USD revenue per year. That way, you could limit to 1 billion or more.

Thanks for this list, gonna be fun to watch this grow over the next year. I've know about gyft.com accepting bitcoin but just checked out their website and was pretty impressed. Seems like you can use their ios and android app to buy basically anything you want via bitcoins. Sure its through gift cards, but it looks like they're stored on your phone and available immediately. Think I'll test it out with Amazon.com this weekend. http://www.gyft.com/blog/pay-bitcoin-gyft-ios-app/Looks like they just started offering this feature from the iOS app, check out that link.

It's nice to see all of these companies accepting the future. I just wish more "gaming" websites would start following and getting their butts on track. For example, Jagex, the company that runs RuneScape still hasn't even started talking about this. I think we can all agree that the user base of bitcoins are the ones that use the internet frequently. And what better people to start accepting bitcoins than gaming companies?

Thanks, a list like this is badly needed.
Is it possible to add to each company some measure of how big it actually is? Some names are instantly recognizable, some not so much (to me anyway). Maybe also the date it started accepting Bitcoin.

this should show companies that by accepting bitcoin they can increase their revenue and cut costs associated with processing payments I think there are a lot of bitcoin users who have started shopping at merchants for the sole reason that they accept bitcoin. There was a great reaction when both overstock and expedia started accepting bitcoin and several people were saying that they hadn't purchased anything from them in the past but will now and would pay in bitcoin.

Latvian airline airBaltic has become the world’s first airline to accept Bitcoin as payment for its tickets to 60 destinations in Europe, Middle East, Russia and the CIS. As announced recently, airBaltic achieved a net profit of EUR +1 million for the full year of 2013, one year ahead of the initial business turnaround schedule. airBaltic serves 60 destinations with direct flights from its home base in Riga, Latvia. From every one of these, airBaltic offers convenient connections via North Hub Riga to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, CIS and the Middle East. If other companies continue to accept Bitcoin in short period of time, Bitcoin will very soon become mainstream and this will also increase the value of Bitcoin again, media will talks more about it, more people will become confident in bitcoin... .) Not just that, but more and more Bitcoin users asking companies like Microsoft (ith digital products or services) to offer bitcoin as way of payment. So, if they want content users I don't think that they have a choice Also, it's very simple to add bitcoin payment and there is no risk for them.
