Is there a benefit in trying to CPU mine at the same time as GPU mine?

More hashrate obviously, but it's only good if you're not using the computer you're mining with otherwise it will lag big time.

Thanks. Oddly with CPU Miner running only, I have not noticed too much lag. I will try both and see.

disable some  cpu cores for  mining, to reduce lag. In my case every cpu-gpu mining at the same time, results with instability and system crashing. Anyway why not try

I haven't been following this thread so maybe it was asked and answered already.  Why isn't the dev using a few of the 100 btc they got to help keep the price stable?  Why because they have no skin in the game at this point.  They already made their money.  If I am wrong why aren't you willing to invest your money at 1/4 the price you believed it was worth when you were selling it? A dev team that won't invest into it's own coin at a hugely discounted rate?  I wonder why?
