hey guys, i have a request, a little late in the game i know, but it may help in the future.

i set up a scrypt p2p pool for SMC about a week ago for solo mining, really didn't use it, but I just found I am able to set up multiple addresses. once it switches to x11, it probably won't work anymore. I just want to see if it will payout to anyone else outside of my online world. Can someone point a miner to it for a few blocks please? Top two addresses are mine at the moment. And it's fee free.

.bat:

cgminer.exe -o IP deleted -u your smc address here -p x --scan-time 1 --expiry 0 --queue 0

Thanks!!!!!!!!

This address is local to your network.  You would need to know your IP address.  Open a browser and go to:

http://www.whatismyip.com/

It will tell you your IP address.

Hmm, it works on my local, but not for you guys, I tried my gseed on my other network 20 miles away, no dice.

Try

If that doesn't work then, it won't work for the public i assume.

That doesn't work either.  I don't know the specifics, I just know we have to get to deleted (is that static or dynamic?) then you need to tell us what computer at that IP address the wallet is on, port maybe.  Also, something about opening the port on your modem and/or router.  Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.  You want to make sure you don't open yourself up for an attack accidentally.

try port 8585 with either IP. Thanks for the security concern, but I have plenty in place. Wonder if my firewall is preventing you from connecting. I still have other means of protection so I'm not too concerned.

please, I don't wanna step on your toes but the new logo looks horrible. use the old one again. am I the only one that thinks this way?!

This is just one opinion, from various feedback it appears that there are others who don't like the original one, and that some like the newer one.

Countdown to SmartCoinX11

Careful mining at Mining Pool Co after the X11 fork.  I don't know if we have confirmation that they received psionin's bitmessage.  They may continue on with the old wallet mining scrypt and all those coins mined after the fork would be lost.  I don't think Mining Pool Co does X11 coins, all the coins they have are scrypt or SHA256.

I have confirmed that Cryptsy has updated to the latest wallet so we are good to go!

I bid the miners good fortune. Happy mining!
I won't be joining you all unless I purchase another psu.   Cry
Thanks for all the help, and I hope the transition goes smooth!
With a little work, this coin could come back.

I think you are right. Mining pool co. is on the wrong fork, they are still script mining.

Are we the only ones mining? We have found every block since the fork.

Well there is 22+ MH/s of scrypt mining away at nothingness on Mining Pool Co.  And the thing is we contacted them, they must not check their bitmessages.

I'm solo mining because I want to test out the wallet but I haven't found a block yet.
