Yes, I suppose this is the real question I should be asking.  Pow ends in a bit over 1000 blocks, so 17ish hours.  I suppose if I were developing this coin, I would wait for PoW to end, and wait til just the last minute to roll out all the promised features.  Make it a real nail biter!

It just appears to be out of sync.  In reality you are synced and your wallet functions just fine.  That is the PseudoSync feature.  Pretty sweet huh?
