I'm mining on (the single existing) pool which got 9/10 from net hash speed. And the pool only finds 1 of 4 blocks, in average. Dev, answer, please, is there some misterious solo miner with 10Mh rig who takes everything other?

UPD: to be more precize, from the last 20 blocks pool, having 1.1 GH from net's 1.3 GH, did not find any block.
