Not really, in the Old thread he stated the IPO would be used for:

1 BTC to contact Bittrex join.
10 BTC to donate or vote on Mintpal, Poloniex.
10 BTC will buy the Teddycoin continually until the price is stable
5 BTC for web server maintenance cost, etc
4 BTC to pay developers,including me, graphic, marketer

If he only raises 1-2BTC he wont be able to do any of the above, plus all the coins in the hands of 10-15 people doesnt really help ...

Each has 6000coins? And what about the left coins?

don't worry,it's all well.  because I didn't had hash to mine, and did not produce POS block.
After one day will not cause a problem.

Yes,each 6000 coins.  The remaining coins will continue to be  distribution.

Nice to know that the remaning coins will still be up for promotional purposes which is good so that a lot of people will become more aware about TDY. I also suggest that some of those should be put in voting promotion on different exchanges.

distribution is too small compared to IPO, and so many spam here,
dev should take care of that.
