just curious what exactly gives the boost ? I tried to add __attribute__ ((aligned (128))); to my vectors, but I don't get any boost at all...

that alignment actually has no effect, its left over of my trial and error,
what give boost is, there are too much macro expansion, i think it make the code or constant too long to fit inside cache
and what i really dont understand is, why do we really need empty kernel on 3rd and 4th ? i copied this from u, if i merged it into just two kernels, it result in hardware error, do you have any idea?

Actually you don't need them, at first I wanted one whirlpool execution per kernel and found out that a loop over the 3 last was better. I Put the change in a hurry, keeping the empty kernels (that should be transparent to the execution). instead of changing everything in the code...
(if you want to remove thes kernels from the whirpool, you need to modify in driver_opencl.c how the whirlpool kernel is implemented.

I've finally managed to get whrl.hashcookie.org online, but I'm not getting any accepted shares. Could someone point some hashes there for me?  Thanks Smiley

I'm running NOMP and MPOS together, and I think it has something to do with my nomp configuration, but there's no errors anywhere...

i think you should rise the block reward to 1k, because having 1M block isn't really good

Are you suggesting changing the current function which starts at 100 and ends at 10 to 1000-100?

I'm not too keen on a hardfork but depending on whether people want it or not, I'll do it

upon request, I have updated my github rep so it uses the Uray Whirlcoin kernel.
(I haven't updated the x15 kernel yet, actually other kernels could also benefit from this sort of modifications...)
so you already have the binary, you just need to pick up that kernel in the repository.

or adding more than 100 to the block reward
