Yeah, it doesn't look good for Bitcoin when they present it in such a fashion, but unfortunately its many legitimate benefits can also be benefits to the nefarious and criminals, but it's not like paper money isn't easily exploited either. The authorities will just have to find a way to adapt and deal with it just like they did and do with fiat money and terrorists etc.

Sky News == Fox News.  Make of that what you will.  Anything owned by Murdoch is going to spew out negative headlines.  But even the general media feel compelled to put out stories like this because "cash used to fund terrorism" isn't going to grab anyone's attention.  We could blame the media for that, but in reality it's the public's fault for finding sensationalist "journalism" so appealing.  Scandal, whether justified or not, is always more interesting than facts and figures.
