I think it is in general positive, but then they throw in statements like the one below:

"Yet even she can’t say for sure whether the eponymous currency will still be around by the time the book comes out later this year."

Of course Lawyers are extremely excited about a brand new area of law which will create huge fees helping businesses figure out the Gov't BS.
