I think it is in general positive, but then they throw in statements like the one below:

Of course Lawyers are extremely excited about a brand new area of law which will create huge fees helping businesses figure out the Gov't BS.

Haven't lawyers drained enough money out of society already? Doctors used to be cheap before law suits..
