Hello,

I am having trouble with cgminer discovering my redfury usb devices.  The light turns on and the pc recognizes that something is plugged in.  I've tried installing the driver from zadig, but when I select the drop down it only shows up as unknown device 1 instead of red fury like I've seen in other tutorial videos.  Can anyone help?  I am at a standstill here.

Thank you,

Nick

Try installing the driver anyhow if it installs you good to go. Also make sure the view all devices is selected in the view option in zadig. If it dosnt install then your usb port isnt supplying enough power

Check you don't have it plugged into a usb3 port as some of those aren't compatible with the usb library in cgminer. Try usb2.
