There is behind the scenes development and plans... There will be new thread soon when all things are sorted out and planed well. Network is working, wallets are working, block explorer is working... if that is not enough development after abandonment from previous devs I do not know what it is...

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this coin's pretty much dead. I don't think it's on any exchange and the dev(s) seem to not have a clue what they're doing.
