I'm in the process of building a gambling website "bitcointaboo.com" and would like a partner to share the profits with, preferably someone with knowledge of javascript & PHP to help build and promote the site..

Well, first of all good luck with your project. But I think you need to work some more on your business proposal. Give a bit more details, just enough to make the right people know you mean business and you know what you're doing.
