My opinion is everyone has an opinion and nobody knows.  That site gave theirs, they could be right or wrong.  I'm not so sure it is a good time to sell and even if it is how much should someone sell?  All my instincts say LTC is gonna rally but I'm still hesitant to put my money in it before learning more about LTC..
