Which speeds do you reach with R9 280X

I'm getting 12.3 mh a card

No idea if that is optimal or not.

I must be lucky , Ive reached 13 MH/s on my Sapphires 280X

14.6 drivers ? linux/windows ?

Win 8 / 14.6 drvs  /X15_AMD_06_29_NEW - this relise of sgminer with talkcoin-mod algotirm
settings:
etx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

local path\sgminer.exe --algorithm talkcoin-mod -o stratum+tcp://n5x.suprnova.cc:3777 -u  -p --intensity 19 -g 2 -w 256 --gpu-platform 1 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-engine 1100 --gpu-vddc 1.225 --gpu-powertune 20 --thread-concurrency 8192 --shaders 2048 --api-listen --api-port 4028 --api-allow W:127.0.0.1

pause
Could you please link the miner you used as i can only get 6.9mhs, and the sph-sgminer_talkcoin just crashes for me?

Don't take life too serious, No one gets out alive Wink

What's a good hash rate for a r9 280x?

I get around 6.6 MH/s right now, not sure if this is good or not.
What version of sgminer are you using? I'm getting 12mh on my r9 280x with this config:

./sgminer -k nist5 -o stratum+tcp://190.143.38.247:4087 -u johntheminer.3  -p x -I 19 -g 2 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-engine 1080 --gpu-fan 70 --temp-overheat 90

But I'm using the one with the x11mod kernel, that's waaay faster than the other versions out there.

I'm using the SGminer from here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=658411.0, is that the correct one?

Adding the GPU memclock and GPU engine makes my miner crash instantly. The other settings helped it go up to 8MH/s though Smiley

12.57 MH/s on each 280x

What settings are you using?

sgminer.exe --algorithm talkcoin-mod -o stratum+tcp://n5x.suprnova.cc:3777 -u user -p x --xintensity 256 -w 128 --lookup-gap 2 --gpu-threads 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 --auto-fan --auto-gpu --gpu-engine 1080 --gpu-memclock 775 --gpu-powertune 20 --gpu-fan 30-100 --temp-target 72 --temp-overheat 85 --temp-cutoff 95 --expiry 1 --scan-time 1 --queue 1 --no-submit-stale -s 1 --api-listen --api-allow W:192.168/24 --api-port 4028 --api-description n5

i setting all rigs
270X 8.7M
7970(280X) 12M
7950 10.7M

Thank you!  You just doubled my speed on my 7950s.

Ugh, so many new algos make my head hurt.  I spent forever tweaking my rigs for just the right settings on scrypt and scrypt-jane.  Now there is a new hot algo every other week and it's like picking settings at random because I've got no clue where to start, or the desire to think about it very hard.

Dunno, but GTX 770 gives around 8-8.5 mh/s

I'm getting about ~9 mh/s on my GTX 770

Morning everyone.
We've had a few comments and PM in over night so want to give you a little update of what is happening in the short term..

- Mac wallet will be ready
- We'll change the font color for the OP. (Yeah white is not the easiest to see)
- Starting the promotion drive

We will soon publish plans and long term goals for N5coin.

We want to assure you all that we are in this for the long term. In this Crypto business, strategic launches are important and the way that they are done has an impact on how successful they will be. It is very important at the start that the coding is sound and that the launch goes smoothly.
The launch last night was amazing, within 15 minutes we had 3Gh/s of mining power in the network! And now less than 12 hours later that has risen to nearly 30Gh!

ccminer35.exe --algo=nist5 -o stratum+tcp://n5x.suprnova.cc:3777 -u xxx -p xxx

EDIT: CPUminer works just fine. Just CCminer that does not submit shares

I think more profit in hour you gain with pool mining.
