So, welcome once again to our official announcement!! As always, thank you for your continued support of TRUSTplus!
These last couple of weeks have seen some excellent progress and an increase in the number of supporters interested in the success of this coin; both a humbling and reassuring experience for us as devs!

Oh, and thank you for your patience, even though we had a nice segue last Thursday!

A few things first.

As with the previous announcements, I am again happy to be able to say that the TRUST market has continued to experience steady and sustained growth! Since our last announcement, we have seen peak values up ~6 times compared to August 20th and ~16 times higher than those in August 14th! It's great to see the market continuing to respond well to our continued development efforts!

I believe, as I hope you do, that with our continued work and effort we really are proving that you can TRUST the efforts of the TRUSTplus coin developers and providing much needed transparency and legitimacy, TRUST, to crypto!!

In our diligent and continued work we have reached milestones and collected accomplishments such as our CryptoAsian 5 out 5 score for our proof-of-dev and inclusion in the Preliminary list of Coins to be included in the Casheer platform. If you are on Facebook and have liked our Facebook page, then you can also see that we have steadily grown to 274 likes. This has afforded us a reach of over  16,725  as measured by Facebook! Our twitter page has also continued to grow in followers, today at a count of 417 followers.

TRUSTplus Android Wallet

With this update we would like to you know that our android wallet is now functional on the TRUSTplus network!!!

 

Today I am happy to announce that we have the trustplus-wallet available as a packaged apk built and installed in both emulated and live android environments! The apk can generate Trustplus addresses and private keys accepted by the trustplus peer network, and is currently in pre-release beta on the peer network!  

That is, today I have the trustpluscoinj library communicating with the TRUSTplus peer network, have the wallet running in a live android environment, can pull blocks from the blockchain, and generate trustplus addresses &  key pairs that can send/receive coins!! Please email me if you are interested in testing the pre-release beta version of the wallet.

That is to say, the android wallet is now able complete the following tasks:

From the previous Announcement, the android wallet can do the following:
Connect to the TRUSTplus peer-to-peer network
Manage TrustPlus addresses: Create/Read/Store/Label/Encrypt/Export/Import addresses
Manage QR codes for TrustPlus addresses/keys: Read QR Code/Display QR Codes

As of this update, the android wallet can do the following:
Verify X11 Block Hashes.
Sync the TRUSTplus blockchain.
Process TRUSTplus Transactions from Blocks
Send TRUST
Receive TRUST
Confirm Sent/Received Transactions

What's next:
First:
We are now ready to share the android app with TRUSTplus supporters who would like to help us debug the apk.

Please let us know if you would like to help out and we will send you a link to the apk so you can install it in your android device.
Sending feedback is really easy since the wallet has a built in bug tracking/submission, feature in the Diagnostics settings.

After the apk has gone through a few rounds of testing/debugging we will deliver an official beta.

Second:
Once we are confident that we have resolved most bugs that may crop up from the testing phase, a beta will be released as the production version into the market place, for free (no ads etc), in the android market place (Google Play)!! . At that point we will make the final push for completing the implementation of automatic transactions in the mobile wallet.

Finally:
Once automatic transactions are enabled in the apk, development will start on Trust Contracts for both the QT wallet and the Android Wallet.

Oh, and one more thing!!
In the coming days we will be updating the QT wallet to enable reading QR codes via your android wallet.

The next round of testing will be open to everyone, and I will post the link in this forum and our social media outlets as soon as it is ready. After that release has been vetted, I will release the app to the larger Android Market to an even wider audience.

Over the last several months I have continuously collected data about the blockchain. In the Prezi you will see a series of plots that present the current state of the block chain and trustplus network. These plots tell us that at the current rate of growth, we will reach 54 Million coins within the next 32 years. In the next few days we will be asking for your input about what you would like to see with regards to the future growth of this coin. We will look forward to your advice and I will provide the links to that data for you to freely verify at that time.

During the last announcement I stated,

With TRUSTplus and pyTRUST I will be working to develop novel, custom, and legally sound decentralized TRUST contracts!!

I am very confident that pyTRUST will provide merchants/service providers with the ability to easily and seamlessly use TRUST to carry out transactions!! These modules will allow any website/htmlform to use the pyTRUST cgi based python class!

Since receiving your bug reports about the pre-release beta of the android app, I have adopted a priorities list for the completion of the development phase of TRUSTplus.

The list is as follows:

Top priorities:

• Completion of the Android Wallet and Google Play release. My main goal is to responsibly deliver a production app for the android market.
• Activation of Automatic Transactions in the Android Wallet and update within Google Play for increased transaction privacy and pre-empt upcoming support for validating TRUST contracts.
• I am in consultation with experienced lawyers in the state of Florida who are very familiar with Tax code and serving as trustees. Over the next few weeks I hope to test TRUST contracts that they can verify and validate for proper execution. They are working with me on developing TRUST contracts for the TRUSTplus block chain. I would like to encourage you to think about how Automatic Transactions are a key component of TRUST contracts associated with TRUST-funds. I have to say that the lawyers are so excited about Automatic Transactions and the prospect of modernizing TRUST practices that that they have requested we copyright our future implementation prior to wider dissemination of more detailed information. I'll keep you posted of all progress during our announcements.
• Enabling the rpc component of pytrust at the same time as the paypal component and the market component. These are critical for the execution of copy-right protected TRUST contracts from a secure server.
  

Secondary priorities: (though just as important for accounting purposes.)

• Create database schemas for pytrust to facilitate tracking of transaction payments and trust contracts
• Activating the database interface for pytrust that will facilitate tracking transaction payments and trust contracts by merchants and trustees.
• Enable pycoin for Trustplus

Also, to follow up MitchellMint's previous posts about GAW miners. Mitchellmint and I have been talking about independently purchasing cloud miners that can further support the TRUSTplus market with BTC for the long term. We will provide more details as they develop, but for those who are also interested in the possibility of supporting the coin in this way we will provide more information via shopify: http://trustpluscom.myshopify.com. Both he and I have already established the accounts necessary to start this process and will share any news in this area with you in the form of smaller updates and as part of our regular announcements.

Oh, and one last thing,
TRUSTplus has been built with the enhancement of the privacy of your transactions in mind. To that end I have been looking into making it easier for you to use the libraries, such as ZeroCoin and TOR, that have already been incorporated into TRUSTplus. That is, all the TRUSTplus daemons are already built with ZeroCoin and TOR support.

As always, our goal is to implement secure and private contracts, which include regular payments, Coin-Joins, and other more specialized cases, that are as legally flexible as possible to satisfy as many jurisdictions as possible.
