Leave alone moral issues He will Social Engineer "somebody" to ship an iPhone directly to YOUR address. Guess what happens, when they find out it did not suppose to ship there?

Let me just straighten this all up right now. These are simply replacement phones. I buy broken phones that are beyond repair, and use the serial to get Apple to replace it for me without wanting the old one back. This is 100% SAFE. They are not expecting the old one back, I am not stealing someone elses phone or anything, Apple is simply replacing the broken phone, and im having them ship it to you instead of me.

In this case, we are talking about something totally different So, you are sure, they will not block it, or blacklist it in the future?

Are you willing to sell these in escrow, with money release upon iPhone 5S delivery and successful activation?

They for sure will not blacklist and will activate. The only reason they blacklist the phone is if the original phone is still activated at the time the new one is activated. But i have the orignal phones and they are completely broken and not activated, nor can they be fixed and activated. Once I use the serial, the phone goes in the dumpster. I am not willing to use escrow AT THIS TIME, mainly because I cant afford to wait for the money for the first 4 orders im taking. HOWEVER, for TRUSTED members, I am willing to take payment after apple emails you saying they are shipping the phone.
