This is a problem on the pool. The pool operator is aware and working to correct it.

I just started mining BBR. I decided to go with the cudaminer since I have a GTX 780 Ti setup to mine on linux. Everything has been running well but I decided to start with -l setting at 60x256 since I saw in the OP that it worked well with a 750 Ti. I'm just wondering if there is a good way to calculate the best setting based on your card? With 60x256 I'm getting around 1800khs which is much more than I thought I would get. If anyone else has ran a 780 or 780 Ti can you share the setting that you came up with?

Edit:

Ok I was able to get a bit more out of my 780 Ti with nice stability so far by lowering the blocks and raising the threads. It's the same effect I researched with cuda awhile back when I was mining the cryptonight algorithm.

So the best I'm getting now with my GTX 780 Ti is 1990-2005khs using -l 8x512. This is also very consistent with valid shares etc.

Can this be mined by renting Keccak hash power?

AFAIK, keccak and wild keccak is not the some algo, so even if you could rent "standard" keccak it wouldn't work.

Yeah I just read that. Bummer. If I thought that it was worth it, I would buy a new rig and run Linux on it. Showing my noob, but is it possible to set up a virtual Linux environment within Windows 7 and mine that way?

VM would be much slower if you even got it to work.

Thanks. I will look at that.

I suppose that I could just reformat a rig to Linux too. I have never used it so that would be another learning curve.

Must linux installs will guide you through setting up a bootloader so that you can dual boot. Leave the windows there and work on linux!

My rigs have been shut down for about a month because I couldnt find profitable coins to mine. Just discovered BBR today and it looks like I should turn on my rigs again. Just want to know how power consumption and temperature of this algo compared to X11 variances? And anyone have this miner run ok on Pimp?

I've been mining happily with a 5870 at 1 GHz. The algo is easy on the GPU, so high freqs are generally OK. The rate is about 585 khash/s.
