I could probably have some made with lexan. I tried to find some for my bars with no luck since it is a unique size. Maybe I will have a run of 10 cases made.

Depending on price and quality, I would take 5.
If you do a run for the Kialara bars, and the above works out, then I would take a bunch more.

It would be 'nice' if they could still fit the dimensions of a standard coin slab.

I have a Lindner Nimbus 150

I put a F*D Bitcoin bar in it but unfortunately the bar is too heavy so when the frames stands up vertical the bar slowly "sinks" to the bottom.  

Kialara fits great in the Nimbus 100 and stay in the middle of the frame because they a light  

I will keep looking for cases for the Casascius Bearer Bars, if I find something I will let you all know.

My buddy owns a large machine shop with tons of high-end CNC machines. I just take the bars to the guys in the shop and tell them what I want done. They also have a crazy fiber laser that can engrave into metal etc..
