Have you some problems with the math?
Ok, maybe in your class is not yet studied.

• 61.5% chance of the reward being 1 TTY
• 20% chance of the reward being 2 TTY
• 10% chance of the reward being 5 TTY
• 5% chance of the reward being 10 TTY
• 2.5% chance of the reward being 20 TTY
• 1% chance of the reward being 50 TTY

If this info is correct average block reward is: 1*0.615+2*0.2+5*0.1+10*0.05+20*0.025+50*0.01 = ~3 TTY.
Please, somebody check this, I am too lazy to double-check.

Total money supply is: ~5065200
First week: 30240
First month: 129600 TTY

• Premine: 25,222 TTY

I was just about to do the math then I scrolled down and saw your post on it.

The max coins are pretty much set and that makes his premine .5%
Why couldn't he just say that?

if he wanted random rewards the payout should be:

• 16.666% chance of the reward being 1 TTY
• 16.666% chance of the reward being 2 TTY
• 16.666% chance of the reward being 5 TTY
• 16.666% chance of the reward being 10 TTY
• 16.666% chance of the reward being 20 TTY
• 16.666% chance of the reward being 50 TTY

You are obviously very confused as to how probability works.
"The certainty we adopt can be described in terms of a numerical measure and this number, between 0 and 1 (where 0 indicates impossibility and 1 indicates certainty), we call probability." Since there are no block rewards with a 100% chance, there are no certain block rewards and no one can guarantee how many coins will be minted. Hope this clears up your confusion. Cheers.
