This is not how an auction works.  What do you mean by approaching a suitable price?  That completely defeats the purpose of a minimum bid.  You should have an auction end date instead, like normal auctions.

The details of the auction are very vague, I mean the pictures themselves offer no value without some description. Also it might be worth you mentioning that you will deal with an escrow and making such an arrangement should the auction be won by somebody.

That might explain why you aren't getting any real interest in the auction.
