new thread link is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=743152.0Note to mods this thread is in the wrong place as of July 28th. I am now mining with an antminer s-3 on the pool and mining on btcguild along with the scrypt mining. I would think I should be in the pools section of btc/mining this section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=41.0I could be wrong so no need to move the thread if you do not want to move it. Edit Mon the 28th of July. I added an antminer S-3 On July 28 >>>>>>>>>> cost = $489 1 month free hosting I added a 27mh falcon on July 21 >>>>>>>>>>> cost = $599 3 months free hosting I started with the promo gridseed Blade on July 17th cost = $0 Lifetime Free hosting I ask mods to move this to mining pools in the btc section since I will be mining with an antminer s-3. If you want to wait until I post a screenshot of the antminer okay. _______________________________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________________ I talked with the ceo of gawminers yesterday and I agreed to try his company again. This is my try with his cloud.zenminer.com option. I am in the cloud using a gridseed blade. this mines at mutiple pools and converts to btc. So I feel it can belong with btc and not alt/scrypt coins as it does result in btc payout. First full day is today. Note yesterday was a part day and I earned 0.00025832 BTC I have about 5.2 mh mining at the clevermining choice . >>>>>>>> this number fluxes every few minutes. the payment should be 0.0035376 btc I will post it when it comes.. I will do 10 days at each choice. They are as below. 1)Clevermining 2)CoinKing 3)NiceHash 4)ProfitPool 5)WafflePool Full disclosure I talked with the ceo of gaw and told him I would run an honest fair report on this account. My cost for the account was $0. the small 0.00025832 btc is a few hours of mining done yesterday. I also put this thread that I can edit and mod the thread.. Here is a screen shot of my account: I plan to post 1 screen shot a date updating the results.

Right now I am mining with scrypt on this service. but like cex.io this has both options . this thread does not belong in alt coins. I ask that you move it back to pools or speculation not alt coins. You are the mod not me. If you don't move it it is okay. If you want me to mine and demo the btc part of cloud zenminer.com in order to have this moved back to pools or speculation please pm me. I was given a demo gridseed blade from gawminers ceo . He contacted me asking how to get me back as a gaw customer. So we exchanged pm's and I told him I would do a thread showing his pools setup. After a day Of running my free gridseed blade. I said to myself : "self you should put your money where you mouth is buy a miner and have it hosted." So I made this purchase: The miner was purchased at 800 am and by 11 pm or so was activated.

Thanks for the info. I've had some issues with GAW Miners and have been hesitant to make additional purchases. However, I've been looking at some of their hosted offerings because of the cost of electricity where I am in Japan. I'm extremely skeptical of purchasing equipment and leaving it with a company trusting they will be here tomorrow, next week or next year. I had a week of free hashing a few months ago and I thought it paid out very well. I think they called it Buy a Hash. You got a week of hash equal to the items hash rate you bought. In my case it was a Gridseed Blade at 5.2 mhs. I'm very interested to see how their hosting works out.

the free hosting is still available. the coupon was offered on this site as a stealth sale. I will see if I can find it. If I can not find the coupon. there is a sale from their one miner sale site. a gridseed blade for 199. I just purchased 2 of them. edit still looking for the thread on the stealth sale . I will look for it better. they are still selling the gridseed blades now.

I pulled .05 btc out of the zen account .. so 31 usd back so far. I will post a screen shot tonight. It seems that gaw miners runs specials if you grab one just right they are very good prices.

here is a screen shot for all my deposits and the 2 withdrawals done so far. so far it is doing really well. if it keeps this pace up this will roi in about a month. I am doing close to .03 a day. Now some advice for protecting yourself. 1) move the money out of your account and into a safe wallet. Right now I am withdrawing each night. 2) Buy into the hosting with a cc. Most give at least 60 days protection. I timed my purchase. The cards Statement was July 14 I purchased July 18th. Next statement will be Aug 14th and payment will be due on sept 8 or 9. So I do not lay out any money. I collect .02 to .03 vtc a day for up to 50 days before I owe payment. I am covered for 60 days if company goes bust. This is a major reason I got more into scrypt coins over btc I can use cc and paypal to pay. This does protect against bad companies.

actually less as the falcon was on a sale so I spent 599 for it. the gridseed was a promo to get me to come back as I was a big spender with them and had stopped buying from them. so my total spent was 599 for 32mh. with zero sales or deals or promos this would have been more like 999-1049. The thing is they are running a lot of promos. So if you catch a good one so far this looks good.

nice a free blade lucky man, but ya pretty soon they are going to be giving this stuff away at the price drops they are doing to just sell the miners lol asic pricing for alt coins keeps dropping . I got total of 32mh for really good prices. better then most anyone. I still think this will profit but frankly the entire alt coin market is being hrt by asics flooding the market. my 599 usd investment has returned .21552543btc I withdrew 0.21 btc of it so far. they offered an antminer S-3 deal I grabbed it right here. and in under 3 hours I am active see screen shot

ya i bought a war machine...first 24 period was .03 btc....hopefully it keeps getting that I did lots of math and this pool is far far far far far better then cex.io or cloudhashing or scrypt.cc cex.io----------- a gh is .0046 or 465 x .0046 2.139 btc for an antminer s-3 . I paid 490us or .81667btc for the s-3 on this site . I had a coupon and some store credit. with no deals the s-3 is 549 usd or .915 btc with free hosting for a month and use of a psu . this destroys cex.io price. plus you own the s-3 and they will deliver it. plus I used a cc so I am safe for 60 days against fraud/ and this coupon worked on my hosted s-3 GAW25 so it took off 25 usd. so the 549 s-3 = 524 for now. i do not know for how long.

Thanks for doing the review. I can confirm the deal looks great compared to other sites. Guys at GAW are working hard to build the brand and I can promise you this is just the beginning. They are constantly improving and adding new features. If you want to influence the project just go to their forums at hashtalk.org They are open to suggestions

okay I will send a pm I sent a referral link I sent a link to coupons. They are like shopping at newegg/amazon etc you need to figure the best way to get the discounts. my antminer s-3 was 549 then a 25 dollar coupon then 35 dollars in points earned = 489 then 2% with my amex card = about 480 usd 3 hours to have it start mining … 30 days free hosting. I can ship it to me after 30 days or have them host it at 90 cents a day. this is a good deal. I earn 4900 points for buying it. At 10000 points I get 35 bucks off.

Hey , good work on this i am trying out just a fury just too see how Things are . but do they only have btc guild added to sha256 pools ?
as of today it is still 1 choice btcguild . they may need to do only btc guild since btcguild is USA based and zenminer/gawminer are USA based. Not so sure what they can offer other then btcguild. Tell you what when I get my payment tonight I will post back if there is more choice on that end. For me btcguild is ideal I have 2 s-3's posted at btcguild at my friends office. So I can compare my hash /btc to this hash/ btc .. I should always be close to 2x on my in office. If there is a big difference I can point it out to zen-gaw

So far the scrypt deal seems best but in the future? for me having both is more comfortable I like to hedge my bets. But the s-3 deal may be good for resale on ebay. mine it 30 days ship it to my house and then sell it. Very tough to decide what to buy. Buying a falcon and a s-3 was just an easier choice. I also wanted to be able to day by day compare of the two. my earnings are below. the .022011 btc is the falcon the .008365 btc is the s-3 it is less since it is not a full 24 hours newly added today the .002861 btc is the gridseed blades

I hope scrypt continues to be on top in terms of profitability as I've been focusing my attention there. Also why i follow this thread intently. Anyway, I believe GAW and Zen will be doing a joint promo tonight or tomorrow. The promos are good but still aren't as good as what philipma1957 got. A falcon for $500. For those that are interested, here's the link you should follow https://hashtalk.org/t/24-hour-joint-gaw-and-zencloud-promo/4144/4

I have been bouncing back and forth on the pools. the last day I was on nicehash. I think . One pool one day sucked. It was multipool it earned .0156 on the 23rd of july I tell you what My falcon is on nicehash right now. It reads 25.78mh and it reads .02100517 due. If you move your war to nicehash and keep it there . we can match payouts. not tonights since we both have not been on the same pool for 24 hours. tomorrows payout should be 2x for you. if we both stay on nicehash for 24 hours from tonight's payout to tomorrow night's payout we have a comparison basis. BTW the ability to track if payout are correct has seemed a little hard. But I will stay with nice hash and I will keep watching there numbers here: https://www.nicehash.com/they are paying .8961btc for 1000 mh with the current stats for the day. so if you check it all day and divide by your hash rate in my case about 25.mh you have a number to compare to My falcon should be 1/40 of .8961 btc or .0224 btc and that was close. I purchased the s-3 for 2 reasons 1) I wanted some 256 hash 2) I own 2 s-3's already pointed at btcguild. I can see my btc earned one my in house compared to my earned on zencloud. I should be close. below is a screen shot of most of my falcon earnings the .08 is the partial s-3 first day the .014 is the partial first day of the falcon . the rest are different days of the falcon it bounces a lot if the pool was lucky or unlucky. multipool has been the worse pool. then wafflepool. So I do not use those two.

Well do you mean the pool's like nicehash, coinking etc or do you mean gawminers/zencloud? The pools charge fees. Gawminers gets your payment for the gear then after the free hosting they get a hosting fee. ZenCloud must have a contract with both the pool and with gawminers --- just a guess don't really know.

Thanks for the thread. I bought a Falcon today during the sale. Wanted the War Machine and had it in my cart but when I went to complete it, they were sold out. Sold my 2 Blades on Ebay which actually paid for the Falcon, so definitely happy with going from 11mh to 27mh and not costing me anything.

I got .039 btc for nice hash...now the expected payout says .046 lol i hope i get that Yeah it moves around a bit. Multipool seems to struggle. A while back Multipool and bitminter thread were arguing that multipool's software under preforms. Multipool left in a huff. I gave multipool 1 day here and they did badly. I am not dissing multipool, but for my scrypt I will use nicehash. https://www.nicehash.com/they predict .9723 -1.1795 btc for a gh of scrypt right now that is about a 1.075 btc payout for 1000 mh. I have 31 mh so 31/1000 x 1.075 = .033325 btc for me for you 52/1000 x 1.075 = .0559 btc but that is now if they slow on blocks it drops. So far they are having a good day today.

yesterday my falcon did meh. my payouts were a bit lower: 0.0193 the day before 0.0215 checking nicehash shows they had a lessor day so I am not freaked. my thoughts are this… lots of asic power is being tossed into scrypt so weird shit will happen. I will post the numbers from last night. In a few minutes. I got really busy with my s-3's that came to my home yesterday.

posted new numbers https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=698679.msg7923839#msg7923839Here are my thoughts as of today. I am going to order from them again. I will post my order in about 1 hour. I think it is the best deal around.------ but we all know how that shit changes in mining. Okay I placed an order 2 minutes ago. here is a screenshot of it. notice I used a gaw affiliate to get a 20 dollar discount. it is a bitmain s-3 for 449 usd - 20 bucks = 429 usd I earned 4300 points for later that will further lower my 429 price. I paid with a discover card that means 60 day protection from seller fraud and I have a 4% promo so the 429 price drops to 411.84 I get 30 days free hosting. In my house a s-3 will cost me more then 34 usd in power in a month. so the 411.84- 34 = 377.84 usd right now of bitmaintech a s-3 = .68 btc that id more money

yep i see the same thing...all pools the same...i wonder if the update to the website has anything to do with that...it use to not say 21 days left free...wonder if that was cause i asked how do you really know if they are taking out the hosting fee or not from start...guess you still really have to trust them...my war machine got .041 yesterday and .042 the day before that...estimated says now .039...so we'll see tonight how close that is nice has is currently paying 0.5404 BTC/GH/Day / 1000 * 54 = 0.0291816 vs my .039 estimated payout...hmm i guess i'll take an extra .01 oh well it is what it is... but their current payout changes alot during the day i think I did manage to get my other 80mh/s over to nicehash but like i said before i think i missed those great payouts but i seem to be still making more then on clever or anywhere else which is nice

I have 70mh + 32 mh. The stability in price makes me want to back off a bit. I listed 2 of my 14 in house gridseed blades on ebay. I am looking to increase s-3's. the deal above for 1 s-3 is pretty good. I now have 2 s-3's in house 2 s-3's at my friends office. 1 s-3 active at zen and a second s-3 to be setup on zen. gives me 6 s-3's and I have a dragon miner in china.

I caught the oct - nov 2013 run nice. I am ahead maybe 10k-12k. I think I do not want much more gear right now. I will keep this thread going since I do think that gawminers are giving a good deal. You need to shop them like you do amazon or newegg. the aug 8th s-3 for 449 with 1 months free hosting is a good deal. I will keep up the posts here as best I can.

new gear no news not sure if they run to the power advertised. have to say if the boulder runs that low it could be good. also have to say that the antminer s-3 deal I mentioned above is very low price. I am looking to hedge risk and right now I am heavy on scrypt and lite on btc. But a boulder on a good sale tempts me.

how much does a antminer s3 give on btc guild ?
btc guild has ups and downs due to pool luck. but my totals have been July 29th _____________> 0.00836575 first day partial BTCGuild July 30th _____________> 0.01261531 " " " " July 31st _____________> 0.01237485 " " " " Aug 1st _____________> 0.01264922 " " " " Aug 2nd _____________>0.01262237 " " " " now that comes to about the same as https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty says you should get .01237 this is why I mentioned that buying the s-3 to be activated on aug 8th for 449 using the discount codes and a cc is the best deal they are offering today. tomorrow who knows. Today I know of no deal for an s-3 with a better price. If someone has a better please post it as maybe gaw/zen will match it.

Yeah, i agree. Wafflepool is the best at the moment.
My falcons are paying 017 and, war machines 035.
Why has it been declining since July though? My last 24hr payout was lowest so far.

If I figure my full cash in I have too much in alt coins and not enough in btc. I may buy 2 more s-3's. I will check back here in a day. No postings to my zen stats for a few days.

I am back from a 3 day vacation. I will update this thread. While on vacation my access was limited partially to maintain some sanity. I sold off 3 gridseed blades in house. My zen cloud holdings earned about .094 btc in 3 days. I have 1 gridseed blade on zen I have 1 falcon on zen I have 1 active antminer s-3 on zen I have a second s-3 on zen due for the 8th of aug. I have 4 in house s-3's I have 11 in house gridseeds I have 1 hosted dragon miner in china. My payouts are steady for btc but they flux with scrypt coins a lot. will post soon.

Do you find the S3's are better than the scrypt miners? today yes. tomorrow? The other day before I went on vacation I pushed buy s-3's in this thread. I did order a second which will go online in about 2 days. Since i said buy one from gaw miners they raised the price from 449 to 474. my guess is someone on the payroll figured out my advice they were a bargain at 449 jumped in and upped the price. I am good at finding a deal. I have been doing this since the 90's before the tv show extreme couponing came out. right now I came back from a 3-4 day vacation. i drove about 1100 miles and i am tired. i look at the new gaw site and i did not see a real good deal. but 474 with a coupon works if you are high power home. my power cost is 16 cents a k watt. I spend about 42 usd a month to run a s-3. gaw miners charges me 27 dollars. so the free month I gain 42 dollars . so I gain 15 dollars a month after that. so in 3 months that is 72 bucks saved. that means the 474 price is only 402. that is good. if you are in New Jersey. if you pay under 9 cents foe power the bargain in power does not exist at all. also they changed the gawminers website I don't see my 9200 points I do not want to order until the new site cleans ups. edit the earnings came in about .03 and my s-3 did very well again.

I also asked how often does the balance update on zenminer, since it shows 0.000 now heh oneminer gives no coupons but offers a lower price. the same s-3 on gawminers is 499 I can find coupons for gawminers, but no coupon bigger then 25 so 499-25 = 474 zenminer should update about 11:30 pm eastern standard time.

Does anyone else see using the Zencloud as kind of a very limited mining experience? I've recently purchased 2 750mh Vaultbreakers and they will be hosted there..
I also recently learned that the cloud only supports major multipools with no ability to mine specific coins. I read after the 30 day hosting you can have it shipped but it also says something about a 14 day decommissioning phase? Does that mean you're not mining those 14 days? Seems like a tactic to prevent you from switching hosting services, if true?
is there word on the ability to mine coins that you want to?

I don't know much about the vaultbreaker.
I do know they give you a choice of pools.
I do know if your power is more then 14 cents per k watt they are around 9.9 cents per k watt.
I do know they provide the psu while they host.
My guess is they will stop mining if you ship it home. I do not know if you are out of commission for 14 days.
hey zen miners reading this :
you now get your activation code sent to your email not auto activated.
so check your emails . Or you will do what I
did: lose hash time .. my s-3 code came at 1am to my email no auto activation so I lost 13 hours of hash time.
about .006 btc lost!

Just announced that GAW has acquired majority ownership of Zen. Supposedly a lot of good updates on the way! Which is good news to me. Just bought a S3 yesterday to add to my Falcon and had it activated last night. Picked up a combo deal today for a Lightning and another S3, just waiting for activation on those.

Also they are going to give every current customer at Zen a free Fury and 3 months of free hosting for it. I like free stuff! woohoo me too here my opinion with the hosting...I think they are mining elsewhere and just giving us the expected rate for the pool we choose in their list...the reason i say this cause i "had" my own home miners pointed to westhash for a few days no problem, all hashrate was stable, then they came out with saying WH and NH are gona merge and miners will be paid the same on both sites...and then boom my hashrate went to hell..up n down up n down...then they came out saying use this proxy to connect your miners, ok tried that same thing, wild hashrate swings so i jumped elsewhere but it just sucks cause i wanna mine on there with all my hash...so that is the reason i think they just payout estimated pool and why it is paided out late cause they have to wait for all the pools to update...just my humble opinion, take it for what it is worth...cause if the unit was actually mining on there, it probably would be getting less then avg payout for pool... hmm now saying that...it's a good thing they doing it that way just wonder where they are actually mining? and maybe they are making more doing it that way? cause if whatever they are doing is paying lets say .05 btc a day and NH avg. payout is .03 btc a day...well then they just made .02btc and didn't even have to do anything for it I have no proof that this is actually what they are doing, nor do i really care as long as i keep getting at least something for my unit I suspect they have sp30's and 80mh scrypt miners in bulk. They have serious cash and if you had lots of cash and connections you could get gear much cheaper. my thoughts are they may have sp30's in bulk at prices like 2.5k each. Hosting them in the north west states at 3-6 cents a kwatt. It would turn a huge profit for them and allow for us to get good deals. If they offer them at s-3 packages . whether that is legal or ethical whom am i to say. I buy with cc's only. I get 60 day cc protection so I give them business. If I mine in house an s-3 costs me 42 usd a month they charge me 27 a month with 1 free month. hard to get past this. I have enough to mine with right now. I will stand pat on my gear for a bit. No results on my new s-3 should post later today or early sat.

They must have serious power tho as i saw on hash talk that the CEO g/tee the S3 to run at 446 regardless.

They must have serious power tho as i saw on hash talk that the CEO g/tee the S3 to run at 446 regardless. they are around I have seen tests and videos. not to say that gaw has them but they have some serious power. the only way they can offer deals like they do is very lower power under 8 cents. that means washington and oregon they also need the best gear. If I had 10 sp30s running at 4 cents a KWATT . I WOULD HAVE 45TH using 30000 watts say 10000 more to cool that is 40 k watts or 1000kwatts a day at 4 cents it is 40 bucks a day in power and cooling. if my home could run 100 s-3's it would be about 45th power would be 35 kwatts plus 10 kwatts for cooling 1100kwatts a day at 16 cents (new jersey) so 176 usd a day so for power alone the difference is 136 a day. if I pay him 450 a unit x 100 = 45000 usd. if he paid 2500 a sp30 = 25000 usd. nice profit for him and still a good deal for me. not sure he is doing this. but it is 1 way to give the prices he does and make money.

I have 2 S3's, one is currently 410 and the other is 453.
But if you check out the latest update from Josh (CEO of GAW/Zenminer), he is shortly offering "pool monitoring that automatically switches your pools to the the highest ROI targets in ream-time".
That will be huge. I think the current monitoring is not accurate, but this should change shortly.

I am waiting on my free fury will post back on it tonight. Some Real world shit happened yesterday: I had a house fire yesterday in my kitchen. I was really lucky. The cooktop on off controls that move the gas valves failed when boiling water for bok choi . The two knobs caught fire. I was able to put the fire out pull a knob from the back burner and turn the front burners off. I am going to lowes to order a new cooktop.

I am running 3 sets of s-3's 1 set at my friends office does 860 or 430 each. 1 set in house does 930 or 465 each 1 set at gawminers does 920 or 460 each I purchased my worst set from bitmaintech batch 1 I purchased my best set from bitmaintech batch 4 I purchased my gaw set on july 21 and Aug 2 and they honored higher rates. They gave me a free fury last night or this morning with 90 days mining for free. So it does help a bit. I decided to buy a fourth set of s-3's last nite direct from bitmaintech. here is the order https://blockchain.info/tx/f730ff3d1edc6fbe5ec0219c7038d688b3b12d703c9b660f1487e0d348680780 1.245 btc for the 2 732 for 2 s-3's it is 366usd an s-3 As I had a coupon for .075btc I have a lot of psu's but 366 usd free psu vs 449 usd hosted free psu free power for a month (at gaw miners) is close. breakdown 366 + 1 month New Jersey Power = 366 + 42 = 408 gawminers 449 + 0 = 449 only 41 difference and the gawminers would be mining as I type so it is about a tie. now if they ship by weds and mine on thurs at 475gh they win over the gaw deal. If they ship later and mine at 440 the gaw deal wins. Margins are really tight for us miners. I just wanted to have another set on hand for now. I will post the burnt knobs on the cooktop. give me 5 -10 minutes. I was lucky the valves on the two knobs failed and fire came up the knobs shaft. Not porn but sounds like it. LOL Both my wife and I were in the kitchen and not wandering around the house waiting for the water to boil. Have down the multitasking so many times boiling water for pasta etc. Or making a large pot of soup. Or corn beef and cabbage.

No I am afraid of a hack. when my money stays in the zen cloud earnings account it is subject to theft. I had .39 btc stolen from me last year BIPS grabbed it when it was worth 1100 usd a coin. the zen points earned are only 5 ot 6 percent not worth it to me.

Thanks a lot for this thread
I was worried about buying any new scrypt machines myself I put all my GPU's on sale 18 r9 290s on ebay cheap prices so I plan to pull in about 4k and use that to puchase 3 hosted ZeusMiner lighting x-6s that would cost me around 2400 after tax. and give me a hash rate of 120MHZ or so. Hosting would be $2.40x3 a bit less than the 13 cents i pay out here.
with the rest of my cash I might buy an s3 or two like you did to balance out my earnings depending on what next weeks diff increas looks like.
Edit : I looked at the batch 2 updated prices and power consumption of the Vaultbreakers and its not even close. 375MH for 1000 Watts is insane asuming they deliver.
Any thoughts ?

you are welcome. the vaultbreaker is nuts if it works. I am a bit afraid to buy much right now. The scrpyt world is due for major changes. now the zeus was no where near the predicted power numbers it gave. the sp30 was no where near what is said it would be. my guess is the VB does 300mh at 1500 watts but my 11 gridseed blades do 55mh at 900 watts so the vb will do 5-7x the hash at 1.5 times the power makes me think alt coins are going all over the place in the next 60-90 days.

will you leave your btc in the zen cloud account to earn zen points?
seems like a good deal.
No I am afraid of a hack. when my money stays in the zen cloud earnings account it is subject to theft. I had .39 btc stolen from me last year BIPS grabbed it when it was worth 1100 usd a coin. the zen points earned are only 5 ot 6 percent not worth it to me. Zen points actually work out to 11% APR now.

I am earning .04 btc a day so in 10 days I have .4btc at risk. I will have to think about what I want to do. For now I will try earning back some coin. and not spending coin.

Phil What do you think about the price drop of LTC?
I have decided to buy into LTC. I have taken my last 3 zen payouts and each time I got one I purchased ltc with it. Basically if LTC crashes It is a good chance to get some coins cheaply. my last 3 payouts were .03940361 btc .04620274 .03956964 all converted to ltc.

So for me to keep ltc just makes sense.

I think... the red line indicates sales? green is purchases, right? If that's the case looks like people have either given up or are waiting for further devaluation. Also - The graph has a unique recurring theme... LTC gradually declines, then spikes and repeats the cycle... But, each time the decline is greater than the one before and the spike is less than the previous.

So if I buy 100 ltc at 5 usd and it comes back to 15 or 16 usd I did okay. If it crashes more I lose say 3500 vs 3000.

The hardware won't go to waste, there will always be coins to mine you'll just have to adapt. Right now LTC is just one of many altcoins and doesn't draw as much attention as it used to.
yeah you could be correct.

Hi, thank you for the thread. It helped a lot to make a informed decision. I invested some money in two miners s3 and zeusx6 hosted at zencloud. What would be the best strategy nowadays? If i see it correct its better to buy another scrypt miner and collect btc until they hit 2k$ or more per coin Mining btc and selling seems to be not profitable anymore. Investing into scrypt seems to be better imho? Dont know if i should add another zeusx6 or s3 in the near future... Mike

I also purchased some coins. Will monitor market closely. Only buy really good deals.

Thanks for answer. Bitcoins are limited so i hope we see increasing value in the future. Thats what i am speculating on. I would buy a second scrypt miner because i think that with the increasing difficulty its better to pump and dump new coins with those multipools. Or did i miss something here? right now x6 - 0.01523410 s3 - 0.01136633 estimated on nicehash

yes i bought it via oneminer deal for 699$ but imho the return is more stable next months than any bt miner. I will add another x6 if i can get a good deal. There is no reason to buy any bt miner if i look at the calculation programs.

latewidow deal expired.... 4.41/day is too high for 54mhz...you can better buy another x6 42mhz if there is a new deal.

The war machine box pulls 1800watt vs,the 1000watt of the x6 thus the higher cost, but you pay $100 less for the war machine. On conwarz its pretty much close to a wash on profitability so I think either machine is fine

jesus 7 war machines ? I purchased an X6 42MHZ and one war machine once I got paid today for $599. both from oneminer deals , the X6 activated but I am still waiting on the activation code for the war machine. When did you buy your 7 war machines ? and how much for each.

I did a full updates for money earned
new hashlet update? still waiting to get my hands on it today. can't buy it yet. do not know the price. Also I have 1)Fury_________________> 1.2Mh 2)gridseed blade_________> 5.2Mh 3)Black Widow # 1______> 12.2Mh 4)Black Widow # 2______> 12.7Mh 5)Falcon _______________> 26.2Mh Total -----------------------------58.3Mh 1)S-3 # 1________________>453.6Gh 2)S-3 # 2________________>458.6Gh total----------------------------------914.7Gh totals are off due to rounding. I do not know what I can do with the above gear or if I want to do anything with it. I had some points cashed them in and purchased 3 units of hashlets. It was 48 I had 35 so I spent 13 bucks for 3Mh of hash power. now for example scrypt.cc charges .0001073 btc for 1 khs or .10730 btc for 1 mh that is 50usd an mh with zero cc protection vs 15.99 and mh with cc protection. not to say it will make money but 1/3 the price and cc protection make it an easy choice. I await my activation codes for this.

haha i am waiting also. bought one 100mhz hashlet via cc short time before we took the whole shoppify system down. look here: http://status.shopify.com/so activation code will took some while imho. btw i had email contact to carlos some minutes ago and the upgrade options will be available later next week. so we can sell in or switch to hashlet with our "old" gear still no activation key..... :-)
