Made a comparison between currently popular ASIC miners.

You can add new or correct erroneous data points as you go. But, for obvious reasons, please try to avoid pre-orders. All USD/BTC calculations are based on bitstamp ask price(should it be something else? let me know)

It's a scam.  That is the original box they sold.  It would need 5x the blades with A1's to make 5TH and would consume 5000W.  Please keep off the list as it is a scam.

Added psu, shipping, controller & noise columns.  




It's a scam.  That is the original box they sold.  It would need 5x the blades with A1's to make 5TH and would consume 5000W.  Please keep off the list as it is a scam.

Whoops, I actually suggested that to a friend of mine, damn thanks for the info, I will have to rectify that mistake today.  Huh

Looks like Antminer S3 is the winner...

S3 is 0.25W/Gh lower power consumption. But AM-V1 is $0.17/Gh cheaper. So everything depends on electricity cost.
