Due to very low volume and lack of good userbase, Crypto-Trade has decided to shutdown permanently due to inability to cover its expenditures on rented servers , staff salary and site promotion. All the users are requested to withdraw their funds within 48 hours.The site will continue to process pending withdrawals till our private wallet is empty. The site will go offline on 29th January 6:00 UTC.

Are you fuc*ng joking? No email, no message here at forum? I've been waiting for certificate renewal, but today emails came about a lot of CT assets buys, so I logged in and saw that! That is some joke, or hack, right? So I just throw away some more money and you'll even keep fees for those transactions? That is some kind of thank you for my support as an investor since BTCT? WHY THE FUCK YOU DID NOT STOP TRADING AND PUT OUT THIS MESSAGE AFTER THAT?

"lack of good userbase" is another joke? So who should do some marketing instead of you? A lot of users here at forum have link to CT in their footers, but YOU are the ones, who should propagate your site!! Or is it just a white horse for koddos? Which didn't pay divs for a long time now too? So two assets of successfully running business are just worthless, but that company operates hapily ever after (with our money).

Not that I saw, but then there was 5-mins between when I last looked at the Shoutbox and maintenance mode appearing.

The last two days was badly handled. When CT closed for a week or so last year, they halted trading gave everyone the opportunity to log in and clear their orders and withdraw. I can't help but think that someone else was in charge of the process then.

two days ago (!) I tried to withdraw my balances. A few smaller chunks were successful (XPM, DOGE, DVC and fiat), but the bulk (BTC + BTSX) was pending when I last checked and hasn't arrived in my wallets yet. What's going to happen now?

Yup, that's what I was their fan - because it was handled very well and I had feeling my coins are safe, so I waited patientely. This time it was very bad, I hope that "temporarilly shutdown" isn't just some facade to let people forget for those three months and disappear silently. Still no official note or email.

im sick of things like this going on - how should anyone trust any exchange, when stuff like this happens?! its not just that it happens, its how it happens.

Extremely poorly handled. I am still inclined to believe this was on purpose. Would be lucky to see Crypto-trade return with neutral respect. The ones to inherit this project have a lot to make up for and the prior operators should be ashamed of themselves, as if they are concerned.
