No, not exactly.
Check out the house edge on those sites offering 50x, 35x and you'll understand why we've got 150x.
If you read the bonus terms of those sites more carefully, you may find the following information:

Different types of games count differently towards the wagering requirements:

• Baccarat, Blackjack, Hi-Lo – 5%
• Video Poker – 5%
• Roulette, Poker – 5%
• Slots – 100%

Basically what this means is that the games with HIGH house edge like slots have lower wagering requirements, games with low house edge like Roulette (house edge is 2.70% for Single Zero or 5.26% for Double Zero) count only 5% towards the wagering requirement.

So when you're playing a bonus with 35X wagering requirement on roulette your chances are about as equal as if you were playing bonus on Pocket Dice with 700X wagering requirement. We're offering 150X, just do the math

But there is also a withdrawal fee of 0.1 mBTC. Even if the threshold is lowered, it would be very uneconomical for players to withdraw 0.2 mBTC and get only 0.1 mBTC.
